Moderator Tommy Posted January 6, 2018 Author Moderator Share Posted January 6, 2018 Fortuna, of course.
Subscriber RandoEFC+ Posted January 6, 2018 Subscriber Share Posted January 6, 2018 I remember going to a pre season friendly between Cambridge United and Everton, it was good fun and I did support Cambridge on that occasion and they won 4-2. If it was the FA Cup though I'd have to support Everton.
Moderator Tommy Posted January 6, 2018 Author Moderator Share Posted January 6, 2018 I'll support Fortuna against anyone. Seeing "Düsseldorf" written on their socks while they're playing in Spain, seeing the "Rheinturm" on the captain's armband. That's real identification. Moderator Tommy Posted January 10, 2018 Author Moderator Share Posted January 10, 2018 Yup, there was some curiosity from my side to try it when it came out, but I can't even bear to look at it lol.
Subscriber nudge+ Posted January 10, 2018 Subscriber Share Posted January 10, 2018 Tomato sauce, spicy salami, mozzarella cheese, chilli pepper. Best pizza ever.

Can't argue with that. Just throw a bunch of garlic on it too

Moderator Tommy Posted January 10, 2018 Author Moderator Share Posted January 10, 2018 Garlic is life. I also love Pizza Quattro Formaggi. With that stinky Gorgonzola Cheese. It smells weird and tastes weird, but it's disgustingly good.
Subscriber nudge+ Posted January 10, 2018 Subscriber Share Posted January 10, 2018 Gorgonzola is lovely Most blue cheeses are, even if they stink like socks

Moderator Tommy Posted January 11, 2018 Author Moderator Share Posted January 11, 2018 Thanks, it was kind of expected though. She had a heart-attack right after Christmas (she was suffering from heart problems for a long time now), and then in the hospital she got pneumonia etc. She was in an artificial coma for a few days now, and we all kind of prepared for the worst. Still sucks, especially for her two sons.
Subscriber nudge+ Posted January 11, 2018 Subscriber Share Posted January 11, 2018 It's really weird how the likelihood of death tends to increase around Christmas and ones' birthday. Anyway, RIP... That's really quite a morbid start of the year.

SchalkeUK
Sorry about your Aunt - it appears that Thomas - my brother-in-law who died two days ago also died of pneumonia. No one suspected it and his son has come home from the US to be with mum. Sadness has no boundaries!
Moderator Tommy Posted January 11, 2018 Author Moderator Share Posted January 11, 2018 Thanks, and sorry to hear about your brother in law. The pneumonia wasn't the cause of death in her case, I think. Her heart was only functioning on 15%. She was meant to get an artificial one (until she gets a donor heart), if she would have made it.
