Anyway on topic: Its a bit of an arse that we can't bring in any talented kids whilst the best get hoovered up but I'm sure we'll survive.

If you get into the nitty gritty of this I think the officials have done us a favour here. Maybe the year gives our scouts a chance to roam Europe properly and learn something about how to get players signed from out there. Unless I have read it wrong.

I believe it is how the contract is written out.
