  2. After playing in the best league in the world all season and finally proving himself capable outside of the farmers league its definitely Kane.
  3. Today
  4. Yes, you have made it clear that you try to conflate valid criticism of Israel with antisemitism to try and invalidate that criticism while at the same time trying to use it as a weapon in your agenda against "lefties". Must be hard work trying to play the part of a fake victim of bigotry while glorifying right wing bigots that hate everything they cant identify with. Might be the reason you constantly expose yourself to contradiction.
  5. Agree wholeheartedly, Bundesliga is so bad he might even need to do a pre-tournament pre-season
  6. The US government, being the shitheads they are, thinking about imposing sanctions on the ICC for issuing an arrest warrant for America's favourite war criminal, Benjamin Netanyahu. These cunts always making things worse in international politics. Zionism's hold on America's politicians really needs loosening.
  7. I usually back Harry Kane for every major tournament, but given he's played against such poor opposition on a weekly basis over the last year I do wonder if he's going to be able to raise his game to the levels needed to claim the golden boot. An outsider may be Cristiano Ronaldo if Portugal progress far in this tournament. Roberto Martinez has fixed a formation where Ronaldo isn't a hindrance to a team that won all there qualifiers. Romelu Lukaku scored the most goals in qualifiers but Belgium's opponent look slightly more difficult than Portugal's on paper.
  8. The Fall Guy (2024) Very entertaining and funny. Not as funny as I expected, because seeing the trailer and Ryan Gosling in this role, it reminded me of "The Nice Guys", but it was nowhere near as funny as The Nice Guys. But still very entertaining with a lot of hilarious moments. 7/10
  9. Mark Goldbridge was talking about Tuchel coming back, strange move.
  10. Funny thing is he's back at the bridge in 2 weeks coaching the Soccer Aid match.
  11. I think it's mental that Chelsea have had something like 20 managers since 2004. Just for comparison, Liverpool has had 21 managers since 1896.
  12. Bit of a weird one IMO. Yes they've been laughably shit all season, but in the past month or two he actually turned it round and delivered Europe - not too far from where you'd expect them to have been at the start of the season. It almost feels like as they've turned a corner, they've binned him off. Weird for Poch now too, burned his bridges with Spurs to manage their rivals for a return of absolutely nothing. Not to mention that IMO his reputation has taken a bit of a battering considering he's now effectively failed at both PSG & Chelsea since leaving Tottenham. That said, wouldn't be surprised to see him now reunite with Kane at Bayern considering they're crying out for a manager. Also wouldn't surprise me to see Tuchel do the opposite.
  13. I imagine they go for Tuchel again now. The people making the decisions at Chelsea are the most clueless idiots in football though. Chelsea, finally end a season with some stability... for the first time in years. 20 points more than last season, losing only 1 out of 15 matches, and getting European football when earlier this season the idea of Chelsea playing in Europe would have seemed totally unrealistic. And they sack him? Absolute clown show at Chelsea.
  14. Can't help but feel the 2 year contract played the biggest part in this. Poch probably wanted more direct control to affect decision making but ownership likely viewed him only as a short term option.
  15. What a bunch of idiots those lot running Chelsea are.
  16. Jurgen Klopp coming in would bring the most unexpected drama. Would be fun.
  17. In the second half of the season there actually looked like there was something to build on going forward. I'm assuming it had less to do with progress on the pitch and more to do with Pochettino not getting along with the people that run the club. The people that run the club seem completely clueless as to how football works.
  18. Probably suits Southgates tactics better than Pep's tbf
  19. Bayern? Serious though the currant Chelsea owners are fucking looney.
  20. Thought he was building something good there, especially given the form in the 2nd part of the season. But then again, you could tell something was a bit off with some of the comments he'd sometimes make in press conferences. Still quite surprising though.
