Maintenance or not owning a property is an investment that can be profitable. I live locally to Manchester Airport so I've seen property prices nearly double over the last 6 years. I've sold two of my previous houses and made nearly 200k profit. I've also converted my current houses double garage into an extension giving me another room which I've converted into my living room. I had it valued last year five years after I bought it and it was valued over 100k more than what I bought it for. I haven't put it on the market to be fair but I could easily sell up now and move out of town and be completely mortgage free if I bought in an area house prices are more reasonable. All this will be left to my two children as well. So a little bit of maintenance shouldn't put people off.

That's a horrible position for Huddersfield to be in. Save yourselves at the risk of saving Leeds United. That must be like chosing between a daughter on Only Fans or a son that supports Brighton. -
Game 129: 17th minute, please. Game 130: 32nd " " ".

Ipswich 99% there. Leeds consigned to the playoffs unless Huddersfield do them a favour on the final day... -
Goalies feigning injury because they know theyll get treated on the pitch is a loophole that needs closing next season. Bernd Leno did something similar against us on Saturday. He went down and made such a fuss I thought he had dislocated his shoulder. He got treatment for two minutes, Marco Silva had a team talk with his players, Fulham changed their shape and we lost our momentum. I've noticed Wolves in particular being really bad at doing this in the second half this season. The Coventry quarter final being the most blatant. Quite ironic given how vocal O'Neil was about Brentford slowing down play with stoppages.

Week 37 Results Jahn Regensburg 1-1 Dresden Bayern Munich 2-1 Frankfurt Edinburgh 1-3 Stirling City Fenerbahce 2-1 Besiktas Juventus 0-0 AC Milan Chelsea Women 0-2 Barcelona Women Amiens 0-0 Troyes Schalke 1-1 Dusseldorf Connah's Quay 1-1 TNS Real Betis 1-1 Sevilla Round-up The personally selected fixtures threw up some tough games to guess for, as there were 6 draws in total, and two of them being goalless. However, two members did predict those goalless draws, and interestingly all players who did predict all got 1 perfect score which doesn't happen too often. Highest score came from @CaaC (John) with 13 points, while @Viva la FCB in 3rd scored 1 fewer point.

Two more derbies to pick through and we only had winners for one of them. Game 127 was where it was at, with a 15th-minute first goal: 1 point 2 points Game 128 was also in first half, but in the 38th minute. No winners. Table after Game 128: @6666 extends his lead to two points, and @Lucas jumps up into 3rd with his 2 points and is now only 3 points behind the leader.

Is this the penalty that Webb has said should have been? -

Young doesn't play the ball and yeah they're supposed to stop with the nicknames, but remembering that probably requires minimal competence so no surprise they've forgotten. -

I can't see where Young plays the ball but I thought they were meant to stop with the nicknames? -
Administration is more than one step backwards in this context. You're looking at almost certainly becoming a Championship club and having to sell off the new stadium and rent it back. It's not easy to get back from there even to where we are now let alone kick on at all.

‘Genociding your own people’ Hahaha
-
You literally don’t know what the word means, do you? And don’t lump genocide/war crime on me like that you dishonest prick. Please tell me the ten steps to genocide without googling and explain where everyone you have listed have followed through that. You can’t because you don’t know.
