I often wonder what life might be like without religion in it...
  4. You would hope so.... They just keep bumbling into one negative news story after another. Reap what you sow and all that..
  5. Barcelona confirmed in a statement that Christensen has signed a four-year deal. He will also have a €500million (£430million) release clause.
  6. Finally some good news... Well, for the rest of us anyway...
  7. Anyone seen this launch by Samsung??? It's called the Samsung Gaming Hub.. No console required! Samsung TVs are getting this cool free upgrade (msn.com) I suppose it's like a version of Steam for Samsung

  9. I tell you what's a joke, us in with a shout at signing Ronaldo... fuck, if we are going to start employing OAP's as part of our new look then let's just go mad and get Drogba back as well and they can form a front two.. I mean I know we are nicknamed the Pensioners but don't take the piss..

An office worker who became a millionaire when his employer accidentally paid him 330 times his salary has disappeared after promising to send the money back. The unnamed HR employee at Chilean frozen foods giant Cial inadvertently received 165million pesos (£150,000) on May 30. He had expected his pay packet for the month to be around 500,000 pesos (£450). After telling his line manager what happened, he was advised to go to the bank the next morning to return the cash face-to-face, according to Cial's lawyers. But the company claims he never turned up. Worker who was accidentally paid 330 times his salary quits and vanishes without a trace: report (msn.com)
  12. So with our lack of transfers so far the media machine rumbles on churning out the usual revamped stories.. Today the Sterling deal is said to be 'close' and almost over the line. Raphinha has apparently taken a U-turn in wanting to join us instead holding out for Barca who reports say may not be able to afford the fee unless they offload.. And the Neymar story won't go away with some saying he is a target for us while others report he has triggered an extension to his contract to stay at PSG Don't really care about the Neymar one to be honest as we could well do without.. I would rather spend the money on players who know how to stand upright for most of the match..
  13. That's where it might become a big deal in the future though... When you give one individual such a huge salary increase for putting in the goals then the players in the team who create those chances for him or those responsible for keeping the goals out start to think about asking for more...
