Another typical struggle at Everton... going to have to step up a lot in the second half..

Yep mate, half the game the ball is in the air, second balls, fouls, us being below par and giving way stupid fouls, combine the lot you have away at Everton for us these days.

Yeah that’s probably fair. Most are pretty awful.

on a separate note why did @Danand @Stan lie about Chilwell. He’s really good

Haha I must say, he's surprised me with how well he's done so far. Attacking intent was always there. It was defensively where he was questionable but he seems to have improved that quickly under Lampard.

  • The title was changed to Everton 1-0 Chelsea - Saturday 12th December, 2020

Games like this show why we won't be serious title contenders this season despite what some might think... We have been second best to everything and allowed Everton to boss the play and again lacking creativity up front... Everton have battled well

It's the very reason why we aren't challenging for the title this season. Still a lot of naivety in the team, particularly on how we start games. Lethargic play, slow transition, sloppy passes, 2nd to every ball and didn't match Everton's intensity until after they scored. From there, we played right into their hands. Frustrating too as this is a carbon copy of last season's performance.

Having no wingers destroyed us. Far too easy for Everton to defend especially when our best attacking player has been James.
