Happy Blue Posted January 15, 2022 Author Posted January 15, 2022 We can afford to lose this but a win should take us out of Chelsea's reach, we normally finish a season stronger than we start it due to the depth in the squad ..7 players out for us with covid ..best team we can put out today Ederson Walker - Dias - Laporte - Cancelo De Bruyne - Rodrigo - Gundogan Bernardo - Jesus - Greelish

Bluewolf Posted January 15, 2022 Posted January 15, 2022 I will put us down for a loss here, anything else is a result but in all honesty if we want to still be in with a shout for a challenge we do need to win or basically...
Waylander Posted January 15, 2022 Posted January 15, 2022 I think we might get a draw, stranger things have happened. More encouraged since seeing Kante and Kovacic are starting together,
Bluewolf Posted January 15, 2022 Posted January 15, 2022 For a bloke who has been playing for some time Alonso can be a bit 'Sunday league' at times...
LFCMike Posted January 15, 2022 Posted January 15, 2022 I see Man City reported a profit for the previous year, a period with no crowds for any club. Nothing dodgy going on though, obviously. Must be their worldwide appeal.
Bluewolf Posted January 15, 2022 Posted January 15, 2022 That pass from Ziyech would have you thinking Lukaku was riding a motorbike..
Guest Posted January 15, 2022 Posted January 15, 2022 I think man city kept the ball for about 5 minutes then.
Guest Posted January 15, 2022 Posted January 15, 2022 The pundits were just complimenting city for not complaining about their players out. There second team cost more than most first teams !
DeadLinesman Posted January 15, 2022 Posted January 15, 2022 Ziyech elbows Walker, then forced his arm across his head/neck. Walker shrugs him off. Free kick Chelsea
Danny Posted January 15, 2022 Posted January 15, 2022 That’s a good example of how many fouls that go on in the game that don’t get called. Walker pushes Ziyech to the floor, free kick Chelsea. Reason he pushes him? Ziyech is forearming him in the face so should be a free kick City. Does make you think how stop start the game would be if every foul was viewed through VAR, we’d be here all day

Happy Blue Posted January 15, 2022 Author Posted January 15, 2022 Thought Foden, Stones & Sterling had covid ..I know its nothing worse than a cold for these guys but still shouldn't be playing

Guest Posted January 15, 2022 Posted January 15, 2022 City must have had about 80% possession. Do chelsea normally have a lot of possession?

carefreeluke Posted January 15, 2022 Posted January 15, 2022 Lukaku man, got one job, awful ability on the ball so far.
Guest Posted January 15, 2022 Posted January 15, 2022 Just now, Bluewolf said: Normally yes.. I have to admit the only team I've seen keep the ball better than city was peps Barcelona. You can see when Chelsea get the ball they are good in possession but city make them look very average
