Bluewolf Posted February 28, 2019 Posted February 28, 2019 They will probably have a surge of decent effort now Scott Parker has taken over... it won't last but will be enough to hold us to a draw..

Administrator Stan Posted March 3, 2019 Author Administrator Posted March 3, 2019 Kepa got so lucky there
Administrator Stan Posted March 3, 2019 Author Administrator Posted March 3, 2019 Very good first-time finish from Higuain.
Administrator Stan Posted March 3, 2019 Author Administrator Posted March 3, 2019 What kind of defending is that from Chelsea?!
Cicero Posted March 3, 2019 Posted March 3, 2019 Equaliser from Fulham. No one felt like marking Chambers
Administrator Stan Posted March 3, 2019 Author Administrator Posted March 3, 2019 Beautiful hit from Jorginho. Thought Hazard would shoot.
Berserker Posted March 3, 2019 Posted March 3, 2019 Very good match from Gonz so far, both quite good goals and also Kepa's done well too.

Cicero Posted March 3, 2019 Posted March 3, 2019 These crosses need to find players. Our crossing has to be the worse among the top 6
Cicero Posted March 3, 2019 Posted March 3, 2019 Just fucking about now. Gone is the urgency to move the ball forward. Honestly hate it when we switch off. A common occurance.
Cicero Posted March 3, 2019 Posted March 3, 2019 Like he's purposely ignoring Higuain. Willian just lacks basic IQ in the third
Administrator Stan Posted March 3, 2019 Author Administrator Posted March 3, 2019 Harsh on Fulham. Sessegnon goal should have stood.
binder Posted March 3, 2019 Posted March 3, 2019 Dont know how the rest of the game was but Fulham unlucky a couple of times in the last 10 minutes to not get a draw.
Cicero Posted March 3, 2019 Posted March 3, 2019 Fulham arguably should've drawn. We've gone back to switching off after a goal and when we do manage to get in the third, we complete waste opportunities.
True Blue Posted March 4, 2019 Posted March 4, 2019 Pleased with the win, but we allowed Fulham far too much. They had plenty of chances and Kepa was excellent today. However i knew they would turn up against us as they always do. With a game in hand if it is a win we are two points off third. Hope we keep the momentum.
Devil-Dick Willie Posted March 4, 2019 Posted March 4, 2019 Not sure how Chelsea won that one. Looked windy.
Bluewolf Posted March 4, 2019 Posted March 4, 2019 Didn't expect the win because it's the type of game where we normally switch off so pleased with all 3 points and we still have a game in hand. Fulham really should have drawn they certainly had enough real chances to do so but we had the luck and held on.. Does wind me up when they are all STILL ball watching rather than watching and anticipating player movement, Chambers had acres of space to slot home and not one single player picked him up.. Good to see Higuain getting on the score sheet, for a bloke who is knocking the clock in footballing terms he sure is sharp with his movement and what I like about him is that he never hesitates when going for goal, one touch and shoots, a nightmare to defend against.. appreciate that he was a bit wayward with some of his shooting yesterday but would rather have him continuing to play that way than dwelling on the ball looking for an extra touch and getting robbed all the time, nice well taken goal from Jorginho as well it has to be said.. hopefully we are moving away from recent negative aspects and can muster a late rally for 4th..
