Ok, I see about Agu, at least they've secured the deal now, but they will have to avoid relegation without him. Still I think that Selke and Vogt can help do the job and keep Werder in the top tier.
Yes, Werder have a lot of important players on loan and they will probably want to buy them on a permanent basis in the summer, so I see your point. It's similar to Frankfurt last season. We had many players on loan. So we decided to buy most of them on a permanent basis in the summer, but we sold 2 important strikers for big transfer fees and we loaned a 3rd forward out.
Mykhaylychenko is a product of Dynamo Kyiv's youth system and he has been capped by Ukraine at various youth levels. But the 22 year old has played his best football yet in the league and he has been praised a lot by the sporting press in Ukraine for his improved performances. Obviously the Ukrainian league is much weaker than the German Bundesliga, but he does look very talented. Obviously he is not on the level of Augustinsson yet, but he could give Friedl a run for his money if he were to join Werder.
Either way, Werder have more pressing matters right now and the fight for survival is what will be their main concern.
