No defensive midfielder available - Mendy injured, Ndidi injured, Choudhury suspended.

We're fucked, basically. Can see Praet and/or Tielemans playing a bit deeper with Maddison further up.

Can see us scoring first but still losing, like the reverse. We paid them too much respect in that game and with out defensive midfield predicament, can only see the same happening. We can hope that some of their players will have one eye on Real Madrid game in midweek but with a Pep team, it's a one-game focus and I can't see them losing much focus on Saturday. Can see Mahrez scoring 1 or 2 if he's in the mood. And De Bruyne having a field day if he fancies it.

Schmeichel

Pereira - Soyuncu - Evans - Chilwell

Tielemans - Praet

Perez - Maddison - Barnes

 Vardy

The other alternative is go 3 at the back and have Pereira/Chilwell as wing-backs...

Schmeichel

Soyuncu - Bennett - Evans

Pereira --------------------------------------------- Chilwell

Tielemans
Praet - Maddison

Vardy - Barnes/Iheanahco

No Ndidi, no Choudhury, no Mendy.

It's a case of how many we lose by. Couldn't think of a worse team to face without any kind of holding mid available.

Just need to get at them! Anyone who does usually has some sort of success. Sit back with holding players and ya dead.

Yeah but some protection in front of the defence would help xD

Yeah it wouldn't go a miss I admit but dont be too despondent mate. Best way to beat City is to attack them. They are shite defensively but absolutely world class if given time and space to attack.

I cannot call our line-up at all. I wonder if he'll go with a back three.

I think nowadays you've got to have some sort of holding midfield. Tell me a side worth their salt that don't.

To have all of them out is very unlucky. Choudhury's the most infuriating of all as his first booking wasn't even a foul.

Some of the decision making by many of Leicester's players has been nothing but disastrous. Playing with their hearts rather than their brains if that makes sense.

Not far off the reality, that the whole team down 6 cans of red bull each before kick off.
