Well the only good thing about Trump was his no war no interference foreign policy.

With Biden a typical politician and like his mentor Obama, we'll be seeing shit load of drones bombing around the world.

Trump increased the drone campaign in Yemen though?

He also had fake peace talks set up so he could blow up another country’s general (which I’m pretty sure is a war crime if you’re not the US).

And if he wasn’t so beholden to Erdogan for his hotel, maybe he’d have been able to do something to stop the fighting in Nagorno-Karabakh.

Tbh he did US foreign policy pretty “standard” compared to most US presidents, but also managed to piss off every one of his allies, while palling around with dictators.

Biden’s probably just going to be an “ordinary” president, which means he’s probably going to be awful for a certain part of the world. But every US president is awful for that part of the world unless you’re the Saudi government or the Israeli government...

And I think having a president that can read and understand what he’s read, as well as understanding general concepts of diplomacy, will be more handy for the US & the people in the world that try to deal with the US.

I don’t think this will drastically improve life for Americans, especially those normally affected by discrimination. But it’s a step away from complete and utter madness

Trump and Trumpism was one of the least surprising surprises, America is a country built off of slavery and exploitation. To have a black president really shakes up the status quo, Trump is the expected response

But Biden’s win has shown that was just a rebound rather than a path America was going to go down for a long time

If you look at the fine print of this legal defence fund campaign it says:

60% of each contribution... to be designated toward DJTFP’s 2020 general election account for general election debt retirement until such debt is retired.

If you need to laugh today this is really the one literally

Just imagine the awkwardness of actually being in that audience, but also being a sane human being. Just imagine what you'd be thinking in that situation....

As long as Trump doesn't actually try to start a civil war or incite his most extreme, gun-toting worshippers to start shooting up Democrats then the next two months are going to be pretty fucking funny watching the meltdown.

It seems like he'll continue to bang the legal drum which will require an animated base for as long as he can, since that gives him the ability to raise money to pay off his campaign debts.

I think he got pretty badly screwed by his former campaign manager. Possibly via illegal means. They had a billion dollars in April but by September they were well and truly in debt, and yet there was little visible media buys.

The GOP seems to be getting more and more into the idea of doing what they can to claim they won the election despite what the state vote counts might say. A bit worrying, tbh.

It is. The modern GOP are for the most part evil people taking advantage of lots of decent Americans. Almost all of those politicians are flatly dishonest about things they know better about.

"If conservatives become convinced that they cannot win democratically, they will not abandon conservatism. They will reject democracy.”—David Frum

Georgia senators David Perdue and Kelly Loeffler published a letter saying the Georgia election was a national embarrassment and calling on the Georgia secretary of state to resign. There is no basis for that. Biden is winning by 12500 votes which is massive compared to Bush v Gore

So if I’ve got this right the United States has:

1. Lots of oil and natural resources

2. Right wing and religious extremism

3. WMDs

4. An autocrat rejecting the results of an election refusing to leave power.

...

...

Where are Bush and Cheney? It’s their time to shine.

This has already started. One opposition guy here tweeted like Trump Imran Khan will also be ousted from office soon and US embassy handle retweeted it

I'd guess that's just the person responsible for the social media account that's fucked up there. They had 2 messages ready and just messed up on editing one of them.

Either way, it's a mess up in a long line of them since Tories began to govern...
