nudge Posted May 15, 2021 Posted May 15, 2021 This whole squad, coaching staff, management and supervisory boards can all fuck off, as much as I'm concerned. Pathetic.
Rucksackfranzose Posted May 15, 2021 Posted May 15, 2021 At least both Bielefeld and Köln only drew. Clutching straws here, I know.
Moderator Tommy Posted May 15, 2021 Moderator Posted May 15, 2021 Bremen will win against Gladbach. No worries. Schalke though.

Rebel Yelle Posted May 15, 2021 Posted May 15, 2021 Maybe we should employ Erras at striker, he must be good somewhere.

nudge Posted May 15, 2021 Posted May 15, 2021 In all seriousness, I'm so furious. Second year in a row, we get a chance to win a match to ensure our survival, and two years in a row we fail to make it. This time it's even worse, as we were given a significant advantage early in the first half when Vargas got sent off, and still failed to make anything out of it... then fucked it up completely and lost 0-2 instead. This team is done, both physically and mentally.

Maybe we should bring Pizarro out of retirement for one last time? Get Ailton while we're at it, too. Also Basler in midfield, last time I saw him in some oldie tribute match, his crosses were still fantastic, and he'll be happy to play if we let him have some beer and cigs on the sidelines every 15 minutes or so.
Devil-Dick Willie Posted May 15, 2021 Posted May 15, 2021 I didn't watch the game, but fucking despicable result given the early red. How much of a boost did we need? Augsburg had already clocked off for the season. We're praying for Schalke to beat Koln at this point. Embarrassing.

Michael Posted May 16, 2021 Posted May 16, 2021 Trust Frankfurt to lose to bottom of the table Schalke, this follows their draw at home to Mainz last week. Frankfurt are bottling their battle to make the Champions League places in the table.
Bluebird Hewitt Posted May 16, 2021 Posted May 16, 2021 Booby Glatzel to outshine Haaland in a 2-1 Mainz victory.
Moderator Tommy Posted May 16, 2021 Moderator Posted May 16, 2021 Dortmund beat Mainz 3-1 and secure a Champions League spot. Poor Frankfurt.
