This is particularly a shame as Lukaku would have worked under Conte that year and we've just seen last season how well Lukaku has done working under the Italian. They have a decent relationship. Anyway, you can't help but be a little annoyed at the fact that Lukaku was previously on our books and we've just splashed out nearly 100m on him to get him back and given his age, you'd imagine having little chance of a good resale value in the future as well. Not my money I guess and regardless I've always liked him simply because he's supposedly a big Chelsea fan and I'll get more behind him because of that.
