Fans were given a warning after a Marseille player got hit by a bottle.

Then stuff kept getting thrown again, and then again.

Match may have just been abandoned?

Love how the ref just walked off himself. Left the players out there to make their own decision on whether to follow him or not xD

This happens far too often in France. Clubs need to be very severe in their dealing with it. If you throw shit at players you should be banned for life from the stadium. That should deter them.

Nice to see the Parc des Princes at full capacity again.

One of the best atmospheres in european football.

And Icardi opens the score for PSG. Great assist by Diallo.

PSG three nil at half time with most of the new superstars in the stands.

Be interesting to see how many league games Neymar and Messi start this season. Messi is one of them players that likes to play every game whilst Neymar has missed a lot of Ligue1 games over the last few years.

In truth PSG can rotate all they want and win this league this season. There isn't a great deal in drop in standard when you consider the second string is Icardi, Herrera and Kimpembi.

I think the only thing that can stop PSG winning the league is over confidence

Oh Lyon.

3-1 up and conceded 2 goals in final 10 mins.

Brilliant seeing Clermont steal that point. Fully deserved, Lyon were pathetic.

French fans are fucking nuts.

Always involves Marseille?! Not sure it's their fans, mind, this time.

Sampaoli involved and looks absolutely incensed at something. Plenty of punches being thrown in amongst the brawl from fans/coaches etc.

It's the Nice fans this time.

They were throwing bottles at Payet, who lost it and threw it back. Then, the fans invaded.

Players were also involved in brawls.

Ligue 1 has to put an end to it. In Brazil, it was common to see such scenes. But in the early 2000s, teams were heavily punished, any time objects were thrown by fans, teams lost the right to host matches with fans. Now, it is very rare to see fans throwing objects on the pitch.

Absolutely shameful. AGAIN! It's always bubbling under the surface waiting to overflow.

I agree - I expect authorities to come down hard on them and make an example of them, but my expectations of what will happen and reality of it are probably vastly different!

Just switched over and heard Mandanda had bottles thrown at him right from the start anyway.

Was it the Nice fans with the homophobic or racist banner a couple of years back where they responded by saying something about freedom of speech?
