Gasly out early not good. Very much so. Max's rear landing on it and the Halo protected Lewis's head. Very scary to watch on replay.

Subscriber RandoEFC+ Posted September 12, 2021 Subscriber Posted September 12, 2021 Latifi's race pace has been good again relative to George Russell.

MUFC Posted September 12, 2021 Author Posted September 12, 2021 I have a question. Does anyone think Lewis was brought in too soon?

Eco Posted September 12, 2021 Posted September 12, 2021 That was a perfect race from McLaren. So happy for them and Zac
Eco Posted September 12, 2021 Posted September 12, 2021 Wow - it's the first time I have seen McLaren win, and the first time to see Ricciardo win a race. What a time to be alive.
Administrator Stan Posted September 12, 2021 Administrator Posted September 12, 2021 Can't knock that result. Happy for McLaren and their drivers.
MUFC Posted September 12, 2021 Author Posted September 12, 2021 Daniel Ricciardo the greatest driver in the history of F1.
Eco Posted September 12, 2021 Posted September 12, 2021 Love Lando. His excitement for the 1-2, his excitement for his teammate winning, all just amazing.
Subscriber RandoEFC+ Posted September 12, 2021 Subscriber Posted September 12, 2021 This has been the best season of F1 in ages. What happens when you have two teams having a proper battle for the championship.
DeadLinesman Posted September 12, 2021 Posted September 12, 2021 Drive to Survive is going to be tasty as fuck by the sounds of things.

Eco Posted September 12, 2021 Posted September 12, 2021 Didn't know Danny spoke Italian. Brilliant, probably said, 'Fucking great, fucking love you, and lets drink from a god damn shoe people!"
nudge Posted September 12, 2021 Posted September 12, 2021 Ricciardo gets to drive Dale Earnhardt's car from Zak Brown's collection now
Whiskey Posted September 12, 2021 Posted September 12, 2021 Zak Brown is such a likeable guy too, you can't help but love this McLaren team.

Subscriber RandoEFC+ Posted September 12, 2021 Subscriber Posted September 12, 2021 Sky Sports are comparing the incident to turn 4 on lap 1. I don't think there was anything wrong with Max pushing Lewis wide on the first lap. They were side by side but Max had the inside line. On the collision, Max was never quite alongside Lewis but refused to give up the corner and should have taken the escape route over the bumps. It's not "flog him through the streets" bad but he made a decision that had no positive outcome. It'll be interesting to see what defence Horner tries to mount. Fascinating battle between the two of them. I think this is the rivalry that Hamilton-Vettel should have been in the 2017-18 time period.
