Have to win here to be serious contenders for 10th place. Otherwise it is likely over given we have 2 guaranteed defeats coming against Liverpool and Man City.

Guimaraes looks quite good for you'll. Although Norwich are one of those "we will try harder when we know we're losing" kind of teams too.

Howe is going to rotate today apparenrly so wouldn't be surprised if he's out for Willock.

i cant see massive changes, we don't want to just hand a game to Norwich.

Manqy for Krafth

Lascelles for Schar

Longstaff for Shelvey

Willock for Joelinton

Murphy for Maxi.

if we switch to a 4-4-2 then play Almiron around Wood and give Ritchie a run on LM

Nailed on 3 points for Leicester here.. if they want it & aren't already planning their Euro adventure with Roma.

The worst part of the last few games, for me, for Villa has been how unsurprising it's felt to me. The first team needs several improvements & the bench needs more reinforcements. We're now fielding a side without wing-attackers, and they're the most high profile substitutes available. Will the rebuild continue to the extent it would need? For Top 10, let alone anything more dizzyingly high.

1st of 7 games left. Norwich at Villa Park next. Home & Away matches scheduled with Burnley. And Palace still to go to Villa Park. Those 4 matches are where they may well have to get over the 40 point mark. As they're certainly not getting a thing from Liverpool or Man City..

Im sure Cheque Guardiola will get his wish. Halland, 2 new wingers, 3 midfielders and a couple of defender, none under £50million. Those new sponsorships will cover it

Id be happy with that :4_joy::ph34r:

Comfortable 2nd gear win with a few changes.

Liverpool, Man City and Arsenal next. Good chance to see what and where we are short as the results come in too easily right now outside the top 6. Slight form deception going on when assessing quality and where we are really at.

Liverpool and City should be a bit to much but Arsenal are there for the taking.
