27th February 1999.

Michael Oakes

Simon Grayson-Steve Watson-Gareth Southgate -Riccardo Scimeca-Alan Wright

Lee Hendrie - Ian Taylor

Paul Merson

Dion Dublin - Julian Joachim

Subs on: Gareth Barry for Scimeca, Mark Draper for Taylor & Stan Collymore for earlier Draper

All English. Starters & subs.

And lost 4-1 at home, to Coventry City.

I remember that game

How does transfermarkt decide these numbers anyway

"The Transfermarkt market values are created taking into account various pricing models as well as a strong involvement of the Transfermarkt community, which discusses the values in detail."

Sounds like they base it off a gut feeling when it is written out like that

When Argentina hosted the World Cup in 1978 they also hosted the hockey world cup some months prior. Argentina coach Cesar Menotti used to come watch Pakistan hockey team practice sessions and watched their games. He came to meet the Pakistan coach in one practice, discussed his tactics and asked him to show a session of his team's play.

After winning the World Cup Menotti sent Pakistan coach a thank you telegram acknowledging that his ploys were very handy in the title win. Both Argentina Pakistan defeated Netherlands in the final to win their respective World Cups.

Another classic tale from the saga of Menotti v Bilardo. Menotti looked outwards towards the world and Bilardo looked inwards for strength.

Norway have never lost to Brazil or Argentina. I think they are the only team with that record.

I think Italy's only win over Italy wasn't an official match as Croatia wasn't a recognized country so I dont think italy have ever beaten Croatia

First warning. But please, do continue with single word responses and emojis.

“quit bullshitting”. Quite the ironic post.
