Been tempted on it as I do have a bit of a guilty pleasure for the Dynasty Warriors series in general, but I haven't played a lot of the Zelda series to really get into it. Don't think you really need to have much of the Zelda lore to get into it. If you've played BoTW I think thats more than sufficient. A lot of people are saying the story doesnt add more to the game. Ironically from what I said before, I never knew Dynasty Warriors was based on anything until about the 4th game due to the back story provided. Got Yakuza 6 now so it's time to start that, though I might have gone a tad over the top this week. Ordered both God of War and Horizon Zero Dawn just now, as well as downloading the Spyro trilogy from the PS Store. So Blackflag funny enough was the one in the series i havent played, Ive been meaning to pick it up at some point as Ive heard nothing but great things about it. I pretty much share your opinion if it helps, Revelations was a real slogfest.... i think i only did about 60 odd % completion just to finish the main story. Brotherhood was more along the right track but the games do take a real upgrade in Origins, its much more like a real open world rpg game with some assassins creed elements.... Going to wait to open it with my nephew who wanted to get one but supplies here have been non-existent forget poor. Kiryu Kazuma visits a new place, fights a yakuza and then........... rushes around the area to find milk to give a baby he's looking after, all while having to stop the baby crying occasionally by swinging, lifting up doing 'Upsy Daisy' with the baby and rubbing its head in a mini game.
