Subscriber CaaC (John)+ Posted March 15, 2022 Subscriber Posted March 15, 2022 Our daughter's update on Puddin when she is in bed TRYING to sleep. Puddin still likes to sit on my chest Puddin forgets he's fricking bigger Puddin also likes to sit facing out so his chocolate starfish is practically up my nose because his tail is not a normal tail it curls up and over. Puddin also bunny hopped off my frigging chest after this photo. I swear I have paw indents on my chest and possible fractures    2 Quote

Subscriber CaaC (John)+ Posted April 17, 2022 Subscriber Posted April 17, 2022 (edited) Finally got to see Banana Bob, Kaiden has decided to knock the Bob bit off the name so now it's just Banana, and he holds his own against Puddin and jumped on him asleep in his cat basket and had a good old cat scrap. Edited April 17, 2022 by CaaC (John) Insert photos 2 Quote

The feeding bit is a no goer for the wife, the daughter buys live insects in a jar and releases them in the glass container, it will keep Pixie active catching them, the funny side of it is it keeps driving Pudding the cat crazy watching insects flying around in the glass container and Pixie with her tongue shooting out catching them. 2 Quote

Bluebird Hewitt Posted May 7, 2022 Posted May 7, 2022 (edited) It's with a heavy heart that after only four years of having her, the gammy eyed fluffy fool known as Lola was put to sleep last week. She wasn't even 8 years old. She was not looking right at the beginning of April as her breathing did not look right at all. Took her to the vets and after checking her over, they said she had loose teeth and booked an op for her. A couple of weeks later, we took her to the vet again (different location) as she was still not looking right (despite painkillers). Was told the same thing that it was toothache. Last Thursday, we felt her stomach and it was pretty hard (as well as her breathing still not being right). Went to the vets and requested a full scan, but was told to expect the worst. The worst happened. We were told she had intestinal cancer that spread throughout her entire body. Our options were to either keep her drugged up at the vets and delay the inevitable, or put her to sleep. I don't think the chosen option needs further explanation. We went to the vets the following morning to say our goodbyes and that was that. It was the first time I ever saw any of my dogs put to sleep and I'd rather not do that again. My other dog has lost a companion for the second time now and is currently lost without her. Edited May 7, 2022 by Bluebird Hewitt 8 Quote
