Tottenham gave Doku too much time and space there. Lovely attack no doubt, but it could have been defended better.

Man City will just wear Spurs down now. Unless Spurs get the next goal I can only see this being perhaps 4-1 or 5-1 in the end.

Alisson being out might cost us the league

How long is he out for?

Man City gone very flat now. Spurs still in the game with it only being 2-1.

2-2!

Lo Celso from just outside the box. Man City have been so sloppy and casual last 10 mins. Spurs deserve that for sticking at their game plan.

The next two league games after today i think. Sheff Utd away and Palace away. Hopefully we can get through them but Kelleher is no where near his level.

Man City back in the lead. Grealish set up by Haaland.

Spurs messing about again.

Hard to tell if City are genuinely a bit complacent this season or whether they're just keeping in touch and waiting to activate the 16 game winning streak to close out the season when De Bruyne comes back from injury xD.

The ref fucked up there blowing for the free kick when Grealish was in but you can tell City rarely have decisions go against them by the petulant reaction.

Haaland fishing for a ban here after the whistle.

The Man City players refused to play an advantage not long before in the 2nd half, so it's slightly hypocritical to then complain about the ref giving them a free kick at another point.

Good result for Spurs and for Ange. A lot of nonsense since their injuries about his playing style and being too attacking, classic media narrative with little substance behind it.

How has the Spurs manager got his side playing like this so quickly while we look more clueless each week.

Gonna be that guy and say that I thought the ref had a good game overall.

Can't recall any controversies or bad decisions throughout the whole game.

Then he went and fucked up with that mess of a decision at the end. Shame that'll be the talking point from today despite it being quite a good game. Spurs never gave up at all. Postecoglou and the fans must be loving that result given the amount of injuries.

The only thing I can think of as to why Hooper blew his whistle, is that when he played advantage and then blew his whistle the linesman then could have said Grealish was potential offside on their comms. But because they're told to wait to put their flag up, the ref wanted to avoid any further play and bring the ball back for a Man City free kick for the foul. But in the end all he's done is create more.

I think he blew early because he thought Grealish was going to go down anyway.

The one thing you can always count on is for Sky to make a meal out of small issues.

City have played most of the season without Grealish, De Bruyne and Stones. Of course they are not going to look like the team they were from January on last season. I imagine once all three are back and playing regularly they step up a gear and blow the competition out of the water.

Tottenham have played well today and against Villa also with a massively depleted squad with various fringe players playing out of position. They are not really being exposed badly by anyone, they are not really playing in a way that is unsustainable, they are just playing in a way that is distinctive and that has secured them a lot of points this season. When they get their players back they will go back to playing very well and picking up lots of points to go along with it.
