The conclusion is the same but I don't think Liverpool should be genuinely worried about City anymore really, and I especially think that they shouldn't be worried about Chelsea.

Arsenal are the ones to watch if any. They're the only ones I can see pulling off a 10 wins in 12 sort of run to bridge the gap.

I agree about Chelsea and City. Not sure this current Arsenal are capable of that sort of run either though.

Spurs, Newcastle, Man United and West Ham all in the bottom half all struggling with various issues,  this season has been wild.

Richard Masters has destroyed the premier league with illegal rules, not a single top team in the league anymore, it's in a sad state

Weird how Enzo Fernandez suddenly looks like the player Chelsea thought they bought as soon as he left his wife and kids

He's isn't a dead beat lol. He's with his children constantly since the split.

Dead Man Walking Derby tonight.

I can actually see both managers getting sacked if it's a draw, or even if West Ham win because there were strong rumours that Potter has already agreed to go there. I don't think Wolves can sack O'Neil if they win though.

Can anyone remember another Premier League game where both managers were sacked afterwards?

Can't recall it ever happening in the PL but I saw online the other day the last time it happened in EFL may have been 2017 when Monk and Carvahal were sacked after Sheff Weds played Middlesbrough.

Our game went sort of how I expected - we're second best for most of it but we're extremely clinical while Brighton are sort of the opposite in that they can largely dominate and not convert it into wins. They've now dropped points against us, Southampton, Ipswich and Wolves - three of them from winning positions.

Not a polished performance and I'm not going to go in too heavy on the criticism yet as this is a squad the manager has inherited. Despite this I'm already seeing noticeable improvements in some of our players. Soumare & El Khannouss the main two. I suppose you have to say DeCordova-Reid as well who has in around 50 minutes (?) of football under RVN had a goal ruled out by inches, an assist and a goal.

Everyone would've taken four points. He's given the place a lift. I'd have ridiculed the idea we could get something at Newcastle if you'd asked me a week ago and now I think we've every chance.

Looks like it's going to be O'Neil given the boot if they can't get back into this. Losing 1-0 and don't look like scoring.

That should be a penalty for Wolves. Big push by Emerson in the back of Guedes.

Think that's the end for O'Neil, but I hope not. Can fully see them beating Ipswich and I'd fancy us to beat them the week after with him in charge.

@Dave we still have that warranty on Ayew right? Faulty product and if you'd like proof please watch the last 45 mins...

I'll forgive him as he's been here a week but Ayew cannot be starting games. He's been basically useless every time he's started.

That second shout should have been a pen. Wolves can feel a bit pissed off with that. They need to win the next two or he has to go.

Unless you're playing Liverpool or Arsenal, and you need a wide right midfielder who will do a lot of defensive work whilst holding the ball to allow others to get in to dangerous attacking positions, I wouldn't start him in matches. He'll be coming off after 60/70 minutes and appear as a hindrance to attacking moves otherwise.
