Pep Talk Posted October 30, 2017 Posted October 30, 2017 No doubt they will talk more about dyche future than the game in pre game
Honey Honey Posted October 30, 2017 Posted October 30, 2017 Diame starts eh. Merino not in the squad, no idea whats wrong with him. Don't think this team will win.
Administrator Stan Posted October 30, 2017 Author Administrator Posted October 30, 2017 Burnley to win tonight
Honey Honey Posted October 30, 2017 Posted October 30, 2017 Has anyone who spends the weekend in Newcastle ever given a full shift on Monday?

Administrator Stan Posted October 30, 2017 Author Administrator Posted October 30, 2017 This match is everything it was meant to be. Premier League living up to expectations!!
Honey Honey Posted October 30, 2017 Posted October 30, 2017 Glad you're enjoying it Poor line up for us (Diame, Perez and Joselu too weak in the middle), helped only by how poor Burnley are. Rafa doesn't make half time subs so the question is whether we can make it to 60 minutes with it still 0-0 before we put central midfield right and get Gayle on. Joselu bang out of form and doesn't look good enough for this type of game. Too slow to get in the box. Atsu is the best player on the pitch. If anything happens for us it will be him or Shelvey.
Administrator Stan Posted October 30, 2017 Author Administrator Posted October 30, 2017 holy shit burnley did a goal at home
Pep Talk Posted October 30, 2017 Posted October 30, 2017 could do with a Newcastle goal for the predictions league...cmon
Rafa Beneathus Posted October 30, 2017 Posted October 30, 2017 Poor really but our lack of a number ten and a decent striker really have shown big time. Hope this takeover happens and Rafa gets to spend some coin.
Honey Honey Posted October 30, 2017 Posted October 30, 2017 I love Rafa but tonight was 100% his fault. It is a rare occasion but tonight was one. His prep and approach were wrong. A turgid and deliberately negative display until 5 minutes to go. A failure to make substitutions despite the obvious failings reiterates that this was the approach. Diame, who didn't track Cork for the goal, was dying on his feet and should have been off 15 minutes before Burnley scored. Dwight Gayle on for 8 minutes instead of 30. Irritating. Burnley are unlikely to come up against anything worse than us today and we are unlikely to come up against anyone worse than Burnley when playing away from home. To lose is really fucking annoying. Two turgid attacking displays in a row and no sign of trying something other than Joselu and Perez.
HK85 Posted October 30, 2017 Posted October 30, 2017 Dyche pulling away from the other managers like Silva, Rafa and Moyes who desperately want the job at Everton.

Gana very poor to just let Gray run past him for the first, Gareth Barry completely wipes him out there and takes the booking. And the second was poor from Kenny, who was shite all game. As well as Davies. The young lads are getting threw in when we're low on everything isn't going to help them, I just hope they're strong mentally because this shit is enough to scar you for ages and ruin a career. It's a time when the senior players have to stand up and they're just not. Rooney isn't doing it, the three at the back aren't either. I really don't want to start getting on Baines' back every week but it's going to happen the longer he plays. Legs have gone completely. We can't really turn down the "survivor" managers down now. Allardyce et al. We're in trouble. I think Rooney tries to do far too much. So many times yesterday he was one of your deepest players. I'm not sure where he was even meant to be playing.
Subscriber RandoEFC+ Posted October 30, 2017 Subscriber Posted October 30, 2017 Rooney needs to be the second striker in games we're on top. In fact the whole line-up yesterday was a 'Watford at home' line up. Blasted Koeman for constantly playing two DMs in home games against Burnley and Apollon Limassol but Leicester away is the time to be a bit more conservative. Rooney is a difficult one because he isn't great to have in the side if he has to keep coming deep to get the ball, we need him getting in good positions and finishing when we're creating chances. But if you bench him and Niasse we have nobody on the pitch who's scored in the league all season.
Administrator Stan Posted November 3, 2017 Author Administrator Posted November 3, 2017 all kick-offs 15.00 unless stated Saturday 4th November, 2017 Huddersfield vs West Brom Newcastle vs Bournemouth Southampton vs Burnley Stoke vs Leicester, 12.30 Swansea vs Brighton West Ham vs Liverpool, 17.30 Sunday 5th November, 2017 Chelsea vs Man Utd, 16.30 Everton vs Watford, 16.30 Man City vs Arsenal, 14.15 Tottenham vs Crystal Palace, 12.00
Honey Honey Posted November 3, 2017 Posted November 3, 2017 No idea what to expect. We are out of form at the minute. Bournemouth might be better going forward than anyone we've played in recent weeks. Defoe will 100% score. Joselu under pressure now, he needs a goal. We are not very good going forward without Merino and he will miss this game
Cicero Posted November 3, 2017 Posted November 3, 2017 Mourinho would be an idiot to park the bus. No easier time to knick 3 points off of us and get revenge off the 4-0 embarrasment. Can't see us getting anything more than a draw at best.
Subscriber RandoEFC+ Posted November 3, 2017 Subscriber Posted November 3, 2017 At least there's an international break after we're shit again on Sunday.
Cicero Posted November 3, 2017 Posted November 3, 2017 Conte confirms Cahill will play. Can a game be over before it even started?

Subscriber Dan+ Posted November 3, 2017 Subscriber Posted November 3, 2017 Gutted this is half 12. Completely steralises one of the best aways of the season. I can't confidently say how we'll set up although Puel did say something like "our ambition is the same home and away", not sure if it's anything you can read into though. 3 wins on the bounce in all competitions for us. Very possible we make it 4. Don't rate Stoke and haven't done for a while. We've come back from 2-0 down to draw this fixture the last two seasons.
Panna King Posted November 3, 2017 Posted November 3, 2017 Confident on sunday, i really feel Wenger will tactically outclass Pep.
Subscriber Dan+ Posted November 3, 2017 Subscriber Posted November 3, 2017 Arsenal will get absolutely slaughtered. He'll go there and try and fight fire with fire and their defence will be absolutely crucified. If Man City are on it they could hit a shit load.
