Honey Honey Posted December 18, 2017 Posted December 18, 2017 Classic Premier League atmosphere, a silent response to dour football.
Administrator Stan Posted December 18, 2017 Author Administrator Posted December 18, 2017 Sigurdsson scores! It had to be. Everton take the lead. 2-1.
Subscriber RandoEFC+ Posted December 18, 2017 Subscriber Posted December 18, 2017 £45m of heartbreak for Swansea. Need to see more of that from Gylfi.
Bluebird Hewitt Posted December 18, 2017 Posted December 18, 2017 Knew I should have put a hefty bet on Sigurdsson to score. Nicely done. 2-1.
Administrator Stan Posted December 18, 2017 Author Administrator Posted December 18, 2017 Penalty number 2 for Everton!
Administrator Stan Posted December 18, 2017 Author Administrator Posted December 18, 2017 well outside the box though. Howler from Moss.
Subscriber RandoEFC+ Posted December 18, 2017 Subscriber Posted December 18, 2017 Another soft penalty for us as Kenny tumbles into the box after being fouled just outside. Rooney scores this time.
Administrator Stan Posted December 18, 2017 Author Administrator Posted December 18, 2017 wtf is Fer doing?! why get involved?!
Subscriber RandoEFC+ Posted December 18, 2017 Subscriber Posted December 18, 2017 Handbags. Think Fer is lucky with a yellow there to be honest.
Lucas Posted December 18, 2017 Posted December 18, 2017 It's actually really sad to see how bad this Swansea side is now. From promotion, to League Cup winners, to Europe, Top 8 finishes and now a struggling relegation threatened side with a whiff of Sunderland about them. They were such a good side to watch a few years ago. Completely had that philosphy destroyed.

When they clicked they were always in with a shot of a result or winning games. If you don't replace your key players you face going backwards and that's exactly what's happened to them.

They've been gently sliding since Rodgers left to be honest. Laudrup was a poor appointment and I can't really remember them looking any good for a prolonged spell since.

I agree but their downfall started before that. They dicking about with managers has really cost them I think.

They were no good last year or the year before though either really. Some point in the last five years they totally abandoned what made them such a decent side and I can't work out why they'd do it. It all went wrong in Monk's second season and they've never really recovered from it.
LFCMadLad Posted December 18, 2017 Posted December 18, 2017 Everton with all these penalties. Fat Sam and his brown paper envelopes ey?
Subscriber RandoEFC+ Posted December 18, 2017 Subscriber Posted December 18, 2017 Young lads learning quickly. Enjoyed the snide shoulder barge from Calvert-Lewin
HK85 Posted December 18, 2017 Posted December 18, 2017 Was never going to be pretty but got the job done. Fair play to Swansea though for at least trying to force a result unlike the opposition in the last two league games we've played. Taking a good liking to some of these kids.
