Moderator Tommy Posted June 17, 2023 Author Moderator Share Posted June 17, 2023 Veggie "Bolognese". Cooked like a normal Bolognese, just with soy granulate instead of meat. Even the "Parmesan" is vegetarian made out of Cashew nuts. It was surprisingly good if I might say so myself. I've had Bolognese with meat that were worse.

Looks nice that, I will only eat bolognese with Tagliatelle and that looks like you have used that, you should have added mushrooms.

Mushrooms in a Bolognese will get you killed in Italy. I mean, it's already a stretch to call my meatless version a Bolognese.

Moderator Tommy Posted July 7, 2023 Author Moderator Share Posted July 7, 2023 Doesn't look that great, but it tasted great. Peppers stuffed with bulgur and feta. Additonal Bergkäse (mountain cheese) on top. 1

Sorry John, I don't see Old Faithful in this? Why has she be disgarded when there's lashings of gravy that needed spooning up?

Only needed him at the end to scoop up the gravy, then I gave him a good wash and put him back with his pals (forks, knifes etc) in the drawer.
