Definitely not D.

I'm gonna go with A but I think it'll depend a lot on where you decide the base of a Peninsula is, and what you define a Peninsula to be...

5 options wtf.

E.

Felt if I put 4 options, I would be a bit obvious xD

E is wrong. Although Farfan IS currently the 2nd top scorer of all time, but the question if not clear was who was top before Paolo Guerrero smashed this certain players record.

It's the Arabian peninsula, almost a whole part of West Asia

I'm surprised the entirety of that area is designated as a Peninsula.

You could assert everything in Europe West of Ukraine is a Peninsula by that same standard.

And the entirety of Turkey meeting the criteria of a Peninsula is genuinely surprising.

Interesting question for my learning. 👏

The tip of the peninsula is categorised from the point where it's connected to the mainland continent. So what qualifies as a peninsula depends on what is the extent of the mainland continent.

You can also count all of India as a peninsula if we consider the mainland as up in the Himalayas but that's not the case. North India is a part of mainland Asia.
