Dickie Posted April 3, 2017 Posted April 3, 2017 So season is almost done at this point and here is the point tally for where each were at this point. So in your guys opinion who is did/doing a better job?
Spike Posted April 3, 2017 Posted April 3, 2017 van Gaal - boring ball-wanking possession football (give youth a chance!) Mourinho - boring murder-ball defensive football (give Zlatan a chance!) The winner? No one. The loser? Every sincere ManUtd fan in the world.

Cicero Posted April 3, 2017 Posted April 3, 2017 Van Gaal considering Mourinho is getting the same results with a squad 200mill more expensive.
Honey Honey Posted April 3, 2017 Posted April 3, 2017 Man Utd have only lost 3 games under Mourinho, they lost 10 last season under butthead. I wouldn't be surprised if Man Utd bore their way to the title eventually under Mourinho. They weren't going to do that under van gaal.

Subscriber Dan+ Posted April 3, 2017 Subscriber Posted April 3, 2017 Van Gaal was far funnier so him.
LFCMadLad Posted April 3, 2017 Posted April 3, 2017 Is it true Mourinho threw Rashford under a bus today? Fancy that, a manager absolutely rinsing a 19 year old, who's just come through the ranks, in public. He really is a piece of work if true.
Inverted Posted April 15, 2017 Posted April 15, 2017 I actually thought Man U showed the odd flash of decent football under Van Gaal. The pressing was quite impressive at times, at least. Definitely think that time has worsened the perception of his style last season. Considering the far more limited means he had, he definitely deserves more credit on the style front than Mourinho, even if his football was mostly dull af. For all the investment, Mourinho has failed to bring an improvement in entertainment or results.
Subscriber Dan+ Posted April 15, 2017 Subscriber Posted April 15, 2017 Said earlier in the season I think Mourinho is finished at the absolute top level and have seen nothing since to change my mind.
Dave Posted April 15, 2017 Posted April 15, 2017 I didn't mind him at Chelsea but he's been nothing but irritating at United. His attitude towards youth, the style of football he's played and his constant moaning about fixtures has made him nothing but boring. The whole thing with giving Rojo a banana during the game and the interview he did after the match about it just summed him up for me. Hes done nothing in the last eighteen months to convince me he will win another league title.
Subscriber Dan+ Posted April 15, 2017 Subscriber Posted April 15, 2017 Nor me. He's lost his fear factor for me.
Honey Honey Posted April 15, 2017 Posted April 15, 2017 He needs to hold the power button down on his laptop before the automatic save kicks in and he's stuck with these results.
