I fucking hate Phil Jones. I get up at 6.30am rain and shine, sit on the fucking Central Line and pay for the privilege to be transported in a worse condition than you’d transport cattle and I sit and work my bollocks off, often without a lunch break for a bog standard wage and that gangly, uncoordinated no talent bags probably double, maybe triple my annual wage in a week for playing Football. He’s as talented at Football as I am and I’m fucking shit. I shouldn’t be near a professional football club and neither should Phil Jones.

I’d be apoplectic if I were a United fan.

Get the weird feeling that Derby are destined to draw us next which means we are going through tomorrow which is good news...

Chelsea vs Frank Lampard's Derby County.

Match made in heaven.

United truly are shite, that was an awful performance tonight. Its becoming more evident by the day that Mourinho is not gonna last much longer, the players literally dont give a fuck its great to watch though.

In all seriousness though, Mourinho reminds me of a typical career of a top Footballer. Absolutely fantastic in their youth, a pleasure to watch but in their later years, you realise that time has caught up with them and eventually surpasses them and they're no longer the juggernaut they once were. Then you spend the next few years watching their decline and it feels like it's painfully slow and you grow to resent them and begin wishing they'd just pack it all in and retire.

I would agree with that,

When he came to us from Porto he was on top of his game and gave us back to back title wins, turned the team from being inconsistent into a very solid defensive unit that just kept getting results, The money obviously helped but he gelled that team and you could see they were hungry and wanted to win but you see him at United now and he seems a shell of the man he once was... He has money at United but can't seem to get the mix right or the team just don't buy into his ideas.

His dream was to manage United and I am fairly sure in his mind he was going to take them back to the top and make them as feared as they were under Ferguson except that at Chelsea this sudden change in the side was acceptable from what it was even though what the team were lacking in flair they made up for in consistency game after game.. with United however they have always been a flair team and he is trying to turn them into something else.. Obviously that is just not good from a fans point of view having had all them good years under Ferguson...

You just get the feeling that he has lost something along the way.. Can't doubt he is a winner but maybe taking on United was a step too far, He couldn't ever replicate what Fergie had there... United just don't suit a defensive style of play...
