Cicero Posted December 12, 2018 Posted December 12, 2018 Batshuayi looking to make his way back here in January as Valencia are keen on canceling the loan. Saw him against Real and he was utterly dreadful. 3 goals in 20 games apparently.

SirBalon Posted December 14, 2018 Posted December 14, 2018 Batshuayi has literally been a non entity for Valencia apart from very very sparse moments. The only press he ever gets is how impotent he makes Valencia when he has played. Another example of many that earn a high standard of living from white smoke.
Cicero Posted December 21, 2018 Author Posted December 21, 2018 Official: Batshuayi will not be returning to Valencia after the Christmas break. Goodness me. That is now 3 strikers on our books that are not good enough. Let's go on and add Callum Wilson whilst were at it.
...Dan Posted January 10, 2019 Posted January 10, 2019 Would be a great signing for Monaco...Falcao is their only senior striker at the moment.
Cicero Posted January 11, 2019 Author Posted January 11, 2019 Has all the qualities to be a top striker...apart from a brain.
True Blue Posted January 11, 2019 Posted January 11, 2019 So a new loan? thought he could come and be more useful that the current fire power. Twenty days left, we will probably wait for the last day to buy Wilson for 50 mill.
Cicero Posted January 11, 2019 Author Posted January 11, 2019 Thierry Henry on Michy Batshuayi: "I know him well, we were close with Belgium. We'll see what happens. He's an interesting player.
Subscriber RandoEFC+ Posted January 11, 2019 Subscriber Posted January 11, 2019 I wouldn't mind us taking a punt on a half season loan but I'd swerve any permanent deal. If Monaco are in for him then I expect that'll be his preferred destination anyway.
Lucas Posted January 11, 2019 Posted January 11, 2019 I'm convinced there is a good striker in Batshuayi. Obviously had a gash time of it at Valencia but let's not forget the impact he was having at Dortmund till he suffered a season ending injury. He can do it in the right set up. Would be a great signing for Everton on loan if they pursue it given they have seriously inadequate options but complete left field here, I can see West Ham going in and nicking him from under their noses if Arnautovic goes to China.
Subscriber Dan+ Posted January 12, 2019 Subscriber Posted January 12, 2019 I'd have him here on loan.
Moderator CaaC (John) Posted January 14, 2019 Moderator Posted January 14, 2019 Quote Michy Batshuayi is on the verge of completing a loan move to Monaco. The Belgian striker has been on loan from Chelsea at Valencia, who have opted to end that season-long deal after he failed to impress. He is now set to link up with Cesc Fabregas, who recently left Stamford Bridge to sign for Monaco. Batshuayi, 25, has been unable to establish himself as a first-team player at Chelsea since being signed from Marseille in the summer of 2016. The switch to Monaco will be his third loan move – he ended last season in Germany with Borussia Dortmund. https://www.westlondonsport.com/chelsea/batshuayi-on-the-verge-of-completing-move
Moderator CaaC (John) Posted January 18, 2019 Moderator Posted January 18, 2019 Quote €30m bid made for Chelsea striker Michy Batshuayi has been linked with a move to Everton after his loan at Valencia was cut short. The Belgium forward is reportedly ‘desperate’ to join Ligue 1 club Monaco on loan, but Everton want to hijack the deal. According to Gazzetta dello Sport, the Toffees ‘have offered €30million’ for Batshuayi, as Everton can only sign him on a permanent basis as they already have one player, Kurt Zouma, on loan from Chelsea. https://talksport.com/football/477094/everton-transfer-latest-batshuayi-bowen-lozano-wilson-dzeko/ 3
