  1. And only by breaking the rules that everybody else is playing by, have they been able to assemble that team. Unlike Liverpool, it’s an artificial team as they’ve been put together by overspending their means. Without breaking the rules, they wouldn’t have been able to put together this ‘special team’. Feel sorry for them? Not a chance.

  2. Other pictures from Madrid. A fine city. I'd encourage anyone who ever visits Madrid to go to the Spanish Royal Palace. Absolutely huge and phenomenal place Views from a rooftop bar/restaurant:

  3. Well the idea is that they are good enough, but have been cheated out of it by a team not playing by the rules. In any case, they'd be better than probably half of the other teams in the tournament, so why not? Personally, I don't actually care about the FFP thing. Like Al Capone getting busted for tax fraud, I'm just glad something is being done. Once you acknowledge how vile the City project is, why does it matter whether they managed to funnel blood money into the club legally or not? And at that point also, I think the manager, players, etc. have to shoulder some responsibility? Did they know their employer was flouting UEFA's laws? Maybe not. Did they know their employer was using the club and them personally for something beyond reprehensible (and still are)? Yes

  4. Oh I can relate; for me it's mostly lack of time so the reading process is definitely much slower than it used to be. Don't give up though!

  9. So, theres two sides to that particular question one is based in India the other is based in Nepal and both are equally pretty. India Hit up Markha Valley it is gorgeous in the late summer time when the fields are green. Do the glacier trek near the Gangotri and I'd say before this do about two days of field trekking because its a bit nuts in terms of a trek and will require a bit of stamina. However, the guides will ensure that you get time to rest. It's a seasonal thing though and right around October all the way to Jan they shut it down Himachal Pradesh Treks If you want to see the Himalayan range but not really do much of a trek in that are you can head down to Places like the following Mcloedganj - Medium to High Diff Tosh Valley - Medium Diff Dharamshala - This is superb for group trekking and has a river camp too Spiti Valley - The view, the water and the air oh my god the air. It makes you wish that you didn't have to go home. This is one of my favorite places in Himachal and the road there is also very pretty Kanatal - Good for light trekking and they have a nice view of the valley in the night and during the day. The trek goes up to a temple where you can look all around and you get a nice view. Early morning treks only before winter as there are problems with the winds which face the Himalayan side. You can also see the big mountains on a clear day and if you're very lucky you'll start to see what they call snow shine down in the forests that surround the area. If you meet the locals and they challenge you to cricket play them and then laugh when you beat them, of course buy them some tea and biscuits post it. Good folks. Mussoorie - Tram rides up in the little city, nice views of the valley and its on the way to Kanatal. Nepal Everest Base Camp - Might as well go trekking in a trash dump when you start because its filthy. But, once you get past the regular stuff it gets really pretty and is a big strain so I'd train before I go there. Mustang - Pretty nice and takes a toll on your body but its well worth the view. I lost my camera on this trek because someone thought it was a good idea to take selfies and forgot it somewhere. Never again. Whatever you decide to do plan about a day ahead because you're going to have to deal with travel time, stopping at places, etc. The roads are a bit windy and if anyone offers you to sit in an older jeep up the road say no if you get car sick easy. IMO both sides of the Himalayas are pretty it all depends on what you want to see. If you want to see gorgeous hill-side houses with mountains and drink some very nice and strong beer along with enjoying some good local hospitality theres also Tibet which can be reached from India via a place called Sikkim and that ride across the border is also a super journey.

  10. Well, this is going to make my normal trudge to work in the morning just that little bit more depressing now isn't it... I have often thought that if I had no responsibilities that I could just mooch off somewhere isolated and mostly untouched and live a life less money orientated... be a simple fisherman or a hut builder maybe...
