Hey all, Our first payment for hosting/license for the year will be at the start of March. It's £250 and we've already got in the £120 in the donation kitty already. Of course I'm happy to cover the rest of the costs although any help towards the running costs is always greatly appreciated. I'll be spending more time on the forum this year as well. A bunch of personal shit has kept me occupied although I want to try and get the forum growing again.

In terms of actions with the most widespread immediate negative consequences, GWB is probably the American president in our lifetime with the claim to "most destructive." But Trump's been destructive to the idea of American democracy, as shown by his mob's attack on American democracy last week. He's radicalised shitloads of Americans and probably forever changed American politics to where extreme far right ideas are normal and socially acceptable. And he's damaged America's soft-power and ability to act through diplomacy by cozying up with autocrats while damaging America's ties with allies like the UK and EU.
