Just got a feeling we are gonna beat them.  I think that was our last victory over city.  We have lost every game since I think

Aubameyang! Where would Arsenal be without him?!

They are just fresh from beating Liverpool and now they are leading against Man City. Not sure how long their lead may last today though.

Aubameyang is a class act, there's no doubt about that.

Arsenal overloading the wide areas in attack, mostly on the counter or through somehow playing through the Man City press which happened on the goal. City's full-backs have been left isolated too many times when Arsenal have been able to switch play but they will have a numerical advantage in wide areas if Man City continue to defend like they are doing.

Ugh commentators are so condescending these days.

'you need a modern languages degree to speak to players these days'. No you don't. Just some hard work and discipline and investing time in the languages your players speak.

Arteta did play in France for a while, so it's not like he's learned it just to speak to his players.

Footballers at the top level are quite privileged in a sense in that they are given opportunities most people can only dream of to learn a range of languages. Most people if given a chance to live and work in a country for a couple of years will pick up a conversational ability in that language even without intense study, and a football player can have such spells in 3 or 4 different countries in their careers.

It's natural that the more intelligent ones pick up and retain language skills that would be seen as genius level for people in most other careers.
