Lucas Posted November 28, 2020 Posted November 28, 2020 Could be a bit of a mexican standoff here to see which team is brave enough to cross the half way line.
Subscriber Mel81x+ Posted November 29, 2020 Subscriber Posted November 29, 2020 Wolves will look doe-eyed in the first half then come back in the second to win.
Subscriber Mel81x+ Posted November 29, 2020 Subscriber Posted November 29, 2020 Just tuned into the match. What the hell has happened? I see David and Jimenez with one of them on the floor and medical staff around them.
LFCMadLad Posted November 29, 2020 Posted November 29, 2020 Fingers crossed Jimenez is ok. It looked pretty bad. Not showing replays because apparently it was pretty sickening to see.
Subscriber Mel81x+ Posted November 29, 2020 Subscriber Posted November 29, 2020 Wolves one up now. Neto gets a great goal after the first miss by Dendoncker.
Subscriber Mel81x+ Posted November 29, 2020 Subscriber Posted November 29, 2020 This game has opened up now. Both teams creating chances. Wolves almost went ahead again.
Cicero Posted November 29, 2020 Posted November 29, 2020 David Luiz just standing there as Wolves act quickly after Leno saved the initial shot.
Panna King Posted November 29, 2020 Posted November 29, 2020 I just noticed Willock was playing after 50 minutes.
Administrator Stan Posted November 29, 2020 Author Administrator Posted November 29, 2020 How is Luiz even still on the pitch? Not right that he is involved in such a collision and can still carry on.
Subscriber Mel81x+ Posted November 29, 2020 Subscriber Posted November 29, 2020 I dont think either players in that collision should have been allowed to stay on but maybe better sense will prevail post HT and he'll be bought off. As Cicero mentioned, he just stood there watching when Leno got the first block on Neto's shot and has looked a bit slow overall. Also, hearing that Jimenez has been taken to the hospital for a further checkup. Hope its nothing serious.
N U F C Posted November 29, 2020 Posted November 29, 2020 Arsenal don't look a great deal different to what they looked like under Emery for me. Think Arteta will be given plenty of time but they are a million miles away from the top teams in this league.
Panna King Posted November 29, 2020 Posted November 29, 2020 Arsenal only 23% possession so far, getting dominated all over the pitch.

It clearly is not working this process he keeps on going on about.
Lucas Posted November 29, 2020 Posted November 29, 2020 Arsenal don't seem to use Nketiah enough. I'd have thought he'd be a great option right about now chasing goals.

6666 Posted November 29, 2020 Posted November 29, 2020 Reminiscing about the days where we'd play great football, only get top 4, and then get criticised for not doing more. Those were the days.
Cicero Posted November 29, 2020 Posted November 29, 2020 The issue is very much Arteta and the system. As I've mentioned on countless occasions, the FA Cup papers over the cracks of a system I truly believe is unsustainable.
Administrator Stan Posted November 29, 2020 Author Administrator Posted November 29, 2020 I know Arsenal have been bad in recent seasons but not this bad. 14th in the league after 10 games. 13 points. Weirdly though, 8 points ahead of 18th, yet only 4 points 5th .

Chaaay AFC Posted November 29, 2020 Posted November 29, 2020 Didn't expect a massive improvement this season, once again we failed to out so much of the shite in our squad. I really think the big change has to come next season when a lot of the bad runs out of contract. Whether Arteta is the man is another question, he needs to start turning things around quickly.
