Happy Blue Posted August 4, 2022 Posted August 4, 2022 @LFCMadLadhe could of easy scored 3 playing off form and not match sharp in the shield and we didn't even pass to him much 40+ easy this coming season and most will be tap in's, the kid just knows where the balls going to be Quote

Chickasaw Posted August 9, 2022 Posted August 9, 2022 I'm just wondering whether City might come to depend too much on Haaland now. I didn't watch the match but I'd like to know how many chances did the other strikers have? Were others anonymous during the match? Quote

But De Bruyne had a goal disallowed and was his usual self. Foden played pretty well on the right. 1 Quote

Chickasaw Posted August 9, 2022 Posted August 9, 2022 I think that a lot of City supporters will now expect 5 and 6 goals per match with Haaland and de Bruyne up front, let's see. Quote

Waylander Posted August 9, 2022 Posted August 9, 2022 Thinking on Haaland, he looked good at a weakened West Ham. Against Liverpool looked ordinary. Always difficult to say with certainty so early in the season yet possibly he is going to struggle against the better teams as they cut out his supply. Quote

He'd only just started pre season against Liverpool and could of scored 3 playing shit as he put it he's not even 100% match fit yet thats why Pep subbed him off, he was knackered lol ..Still early days and this boy is about 5 years off his best football, he will average a goal a game like he normally does Quote

Happy Blue Posted August 21, 2022 Posted August 21, 2022 So far so good for Haaland, 3 games, 3 goals and an assist imagine when he adapts to the Premier League 40+ is a very real possibility Quote
Happy Blue Posted August 21, 2022 Posted August 21, 2022 We play Barca on the 24th in a charity match, judging by todays team and the fact Pep only made 1 forced sub the team will likely be Ortega Lewis - Charles - Mbete - Esbrand Palmer - Phillips - Gomez Mahrez - Alvarez - Edozie Quote

OrangeKhrush Posted August 22, 2022 Posted August 22, 2022 Haaland brings that same fear Aguero did, he is a match winner in one of two touches. for 50m it's an absolute steal 3 Quote
