Moderator Tommy Posted November 13, 2021 Moderator Posted November 13, 2021 Waiting for the news that Lewis has been disqualified like
nudge Posted November 13, 2021 Posted November 13, 2021 15 minutes until FP2, and still no decision. Hamilton's rear wing is still impounded, but Mercedes were given permission to mount another one under Parc Fermé rules.
MUFC Posted November 13, 2021 Author Posted November 13, 2021 Mercedes claiming Max damaged his wing. They've outdone RB here.

Panflute Posted November 13, 2021 Posted November 13, 2021 Following a complete F1 season is too stressful.

Subscriber RandoEFC+ Posted November 13, 2021 Subscriber Posted November 13, 2021 Fine for Max of $50,000 as stewards found no evidence he damaged the Mercedes. Still a silly boy really for touching it. With that cleared up a Hamilton penalty seems inevitable.
nudge Posted November 13, 2021 Posted November 13, 2021 Seb would already be bankrupt if they fined him for every single one of his inspector Seb moments
Subscriber RandoEFC+ Posted November 13, 2021 Subscriber Posted November 13, 2021 Confirmed - Hamilton starts from the back.
Administrator Stan Posted November 13, 2021 Administrator Posted November 13, 2021 Woah. Guess it's light in comparison to Lewis.
Subscriber RandoEFC+ Posted November 13, 2021 Subscriber Posted November 13, 2021 Ought to make the sprint more interesting at least. Probably just watch the whole thing on board with Hamilton . How high can he get? I'd say the lower reaches of the top ten. Then there's a five place grid penalty to serve on Sunday so he'll be fighting back from around 12th. I see no reason why he can't get back up to 4th in the Grand Prix and then 3rd if Bottas is the car in front. Can't take things for granted from Max's side either though. Bottas will be a threat at the start and he could do with Perez getting P2 in the sprint and protecting him at the start on Sunday. If Lewis can pull this championship out from here then it's surely his best one. I maintain that he's lost more points from mistakes than Max, and Max has lost more points through bad luck, but it would only be the second time he'd won the title in the car that was second best on balance, the first one being 2008, and Max is a lot stronger than Felipe Massa.
nudge Posted November 13, 2021 Posted November 13, 2021 Is Hamilton starting from P20 or from the pitlane?

I can't see Lewis winning from here at all. Even before this faux drama in the last 24 hours.
