Subscriber Dan+ Posted February 17, 2023 Subscriber Posted February 17, 2023 Football turns very quickly. I went to this thinking it was a total write off a few weeks ago. We're obviously underdogs but in the middle of their Barcelona games and with the way we've looked in the last two I think we're going to make it tricky.
Subscriber CaaC (John)+ Posted February 17, 2023 Subscriber Posted February 17, 2023 Vardy always gives me the heeby jeebies if he is playing, say no more.
Redcanuck Posted February 17, 2023 Posted February 17, 2023 Iheanacho always seems to play well against United. I was hopping Madison was out injured but I read he's been passed fit.

Subscriber Dan+ Posted February 18, 2023 Subscriber Posted February 18, 2023 Our team should be the same as last week for me. Mendy deserves to keep his place. Goalkeeper is the only change I'd make but he's made his mind up on Ward for some reason. Sandwiched between games against Barcelona, a cup final next week, no Casemiro and no Eriksen. We should go for it.

Administrator Stan Posted February 19, 2023 Author Administrator Posted February 19, 2023 Nervous for today. Never like when we go to Old Trafford, let alone with Man Utd in some very good form. Rashford is unstoppable and I think he'll play some part. I'll get ridiculously annoyed with Fernandes doing something stupid he'll get away with. I have faith in our attack who are also hitting some form, but the goalkeeper worries me. As like most of our games this season, there's bound to plenty of goals...
Reluctant Striker Posted February 19, 2023 Posted February 19, 2023 Feels like it should be a good match. Could depend who is most motivated for the league points.

I can never get my head around why City sold that young lad, I would have had him like a shot for United if I was the manager, started off in Man Citys youth team and worked his way into the first team, @Happy Blue, why the FUCK did you lot sell him? PS. Vardy is on the bench, I hope he stays there.

MUFC Posted February 19, 2023 Posted February 19, 2023 Man Utd XI: De Gea, Dalot, Lindelof, Martinez, Shaw, Sabitzer, Fred, Fernandes, Weghorst, Garnacho, Rashford.

Understandable but surely he could have played him elsewhere? reading up the lad he has played as an Attacking CM & Attacking right mid-fielder, anyway City's loss your gains.
Administrator Stan Posted February 19, 2023 Author Administrator Posted February 19, 2023 Great save from De Gea.
DeadLinesman Posted February 19, 2023 Posted February 19, 2023 We look vulnerable on the counter after that early pressure.
Administrator Stan Posted February 19, 2023 Author Administrator Posted February 19, 2023 De Gea brilliant again.
DeadLinesman Posted February 19, 2023 Posted February 19, 2023 We dominated for 5 minutes and then forgot how to play football.
Administrator Stan Posted February 19, 2023 Author Administrator Posted February 19, 2023 Fuck sake. Totally against run of play. Faes shit ball to Mendy.
DeadLinesman Posted February 19, 2023 Posted February 19, 2023 World class form from Rashford. Absolutely deadly from close range in 1-1 situations.
Administrator Stan Posted February 19, 2023 Author Administrator Posted February 19, 2023 Bad miss from Dalot!
Redcanuck Posted February 19, 2023 Posted February 19, 2023 De Gea kept us in the game until Rashford scores against the run of play. How does Dalot miss there?
Administrator Stan Posted February 19, 2023 Author Administrator Posted February 19, 2023 Sabitzer studs on the knee. Naughty.
