Ireland have never been good performers under Martin O'Neill but they get the job done. Not bad since they don't have any attacking players worth more than £5m

How many stars do they have on that FIFA game though?

Sweden vs Denmark would be an interesting match up

Pretty sure that exact tie was drawn for the Euros, with Sweden winning.

I think it looks a pretty tough line up. Apparently Northern Ireland's results in this international break will have them moved to unseeded with Denmark taking their place.

I think Denmark's probably their best bet.

I think both will probably go out to be honest.

I'd like to see them both qualify but can't really see it, looks tough.

Republic of Ireland are capable of going away and nicking a 1-0 though, and the job Michael O'Neill has done with Northern Ireland is amazing so I wouldn't rule that out.

Switzerland/Italy/Croatia/Denmark are seeded.

Northern Ireland, Sweden, Republic of Ireland/Greece unseeded.

I reckon it'll be:
Switzerland vs Sweden
Italy vs Greece
Denmark vs Northern Ireland
Croatia vs Republic of Ireland

I hope it's not Italy against Greece because I'd like to see both countries in the tournament.

The others I don't really care about to be honest.

i want Croatia and Denmark in. Croatia because I love watching Modric and they have Andrej Kramaric in their side too who seems to have found comfortability in Hoffenheim with his form now being applied internationally too. And Denmark because of Kasper Schmeichel of course, as well as Eriksen who is a superb talent.

Not too bothered about the rest.

Australia shouldn't have a problem with the different atmosphere in Honduras. They come across that in Asia often. The worry might be the crowd and the heat although I'm sure the latter they've also dealt with. Not just in Asia but also domestically.

I think the Soccerroos should win though. Honduras aren't a great side on paper although tactically they seem to be better than what Ange Postecoglu is going for.

As for us, we should be able to beat New Zealand. If we don't it will be a failure. We just finished 5th after dealing with some of the best nations in the world, compared to the team that can barely handle amateurs. Strange things have happened in football and New Zealand have some decent players but I won't celebrate until we are in.

Some what of a piss take Peru get a second bite of the cherry at the risk of a whole continent not qualifying.

I said that before. But someone did point out that the standard is so low on Australasia is it really fair that a team gets through after playing such poor teams?

If Fifa are serious about developing countries from all continents like they continually preach then yes. They could always sacrifice a team from Europe and have a 2nd versus 5th place match between the two continents to help the rest of the continent grow.
