OrangeKhrush Posted Sunday at 16:20 Share Posted Sunday at 16:20 Liverpool will be strolling to the Premier League this season, nobody is even close. Arsenal maybe but they are always due a doozy.

A big part of City’s current form is mental imo - it’s literally a case of suffering from success. City haven’t had the pains most normal clubs have where they have a painful blip in form that costs them dearly in such a long time. Even with this blip in form, City are good enough to go on an insane run and close the gap. And rich enough to get serious replacements in January as soon as the window opens. But the moment City look like a team that know they’re in bad form against a side in really good form, and it looks like it’s getting to them. And tbh your defense looks like the bigger issue than the midfield.

Yep, Walker is finished, the way he didn't pick his man up for your goal, he's doing that every game now, we might as well have Joe Biden on the field Dias & Ake are playing injured, Gvardiol should be on at some point for one of them but they are looking bad because they have zero protection from midfield and that midfield is also not creating any chances, it's why we are shit right now and our biggest problem. by the time we have fixed it in Jan the title will be out of sight 1-0HT we have to stick KDB on with Savinho, Grealish, Gvardiol, Doku asap and go for it now
Subscriber RandoEFC+ Posted Sunday at 16:58 Subscriber Share Posted Sunday at 16:58 Arsenal coming from 9 points back isn't impossible if Liverpool have a wobble. City aren't doing it though this season, especially if they don't come back and get something today.

Dave Posted Sunday at 17:21 Share Posted Sunday at 17:21 Arsenal have played Man City, Chelsea, Liverpool, Spurs and Villa away from home already. Providing Odegaard doesn't have another set back they'll be ready if Liverpool drop standards.

Whilst I think he'll still conjure up some brilliant moments when in possession from now until the end of the season, I can't see his off the ball movement being as good as it was two years ago. I wouldn't be surprised if he's allowed to leave in the summer.

LFCMike Posted Sunday at 18:32 Share Posted Sunday at 18:32 I wish we'd have got that second earlier, was a bag of nerves thinking that the missed chances might come back to haunt us. Great win though, onto the next one.
