The doctor caretaking for Hitler's mother was a Jew and according to his diary he had never seen anyone more affectionate than Hitler when his mother died.

Interesting I saw an interesting program earlier in the year where they were saying the real anti-Semites were Himmler and Goebbels not Hitler.

There have never been any documents showing Hitler was aware of the camps now these could have been destroyed or maybe raise another question.

Of course none of this exonerates him he still invaded neutral countries and resulting in the deaths of many peoples especially Slavs and Russians as well as any political enemies.

Nobody who has read "Mein Kampf" would doubt Hitler was an anti-Semite. Everyone telling otherwise shouldn't be trusted. Also suggesting Hitler wasn't aware of concentration camps is laughable knowing the strict hierachy of Nationalsozialismus.

I have heard that Mein Kampf was ghost written rather than by Hitler's own hand.

That's a story Otto Strasser  brought to life, like the, in the meantime by historians by means of library lending numbers refuted,  myth hardly anybody in Germany had read it, at that time. Still even ,if it was ghost-written, which is by no means certain, Hitler would have had to authorize it. It's not like this book wasn't a German bestseller from 1933 up to WWII.

Also heard that Hitler wrote a second book, can't recall the details though the claim was this was more authentic and the site was closed down allegedly due to legal action.

That's indeed true, it never was published during neither during his reign nor afterwards. Copyright was with the Bavarian country government, who kept it locked up and continue to do so since the copyright expired 75 years after the authors death.

The Zweites Buch (German: [ˈtsvaɪ̯təs buːχ], "Second Book"), published in English as Hitler's Secret Book and later as Hitler's Second Book, is an unedited transcript of Adolf Hitler's thoughts on foreign policy written in 1928; it was written after Mein Kampf and was not published in his lifetime.

speculates that the Zweites Buch was not published in 1928 because Mein Kampf did not sell well at that time and Hitler's publisher, Franz-Eher-Verlag, would have told Hitler that a second book would hinder sales even more

Fu king what mate

Wan Hu launching himself into space.

Wan Hu strapped himself to a bamboo chair with forty-seven gun-powder filled rockets, and a large kite system for movement and to act like a parachute when returning to the ground. Forty-seven assistants used torches to set light to the rockets, which propelled the wannabee astronaut upwards through a cloud of smoke and a massive explosion. It was said that the rockets exploded at various times, yet no remains were found of the chair or of Wan Hu.

Fact or fiction?

Wan Hu is revered in Chinese legend but most believe the story to be fake or allegory such is the ridiculousness and recklessness of the act. If it happened, then the success of even reaching the sky seems impossible. It seems he was a well-educated man, so it is more likely his experiment was a show. A famous US television program set up a recreation of the event to test the hypothesis,

There is a tree common to the area I live in that has a similar mechanism. The shape is a little different but it’s the same effect, it is really cool to see happen in real time. A type of maple maybe? Never saw anything like that back home!
