I didn't read the text along with the picture and thought you might have had the cat for lunch.

My diet is going well, just a wee bit over 12 stone, not bad seeing I was 15 stone a few weeks back, seedless grapes and a Mousse for lunch today better than Puddins Kentucky Fried Chicken. xD

Actually, I could eat this anytime during the day or even for supper before going to bed, a bowl of the wife's homemade vegetable soup sprinkled with black pepper on top and some bread and butter to dunk in it, warms me up on a cold winters day/night.

Anyone like sushi?

I don't, but I can appreciate good food even if I don't like it. And that looks good!

What's the top pic? That's a proper portion lol.

It’s a starter so I think it just looks bigger than it is xD it’s eggplants - I don’t really know what they’ve done with them to prepare it. Very tasty though

Nope, old faithful is still alive, the wife dished the soup out and put that other spoon beside the bowl, I rejected it and pulled old faithful out of the drawer and used that.  :x

A bowl of the wife's homemade vegetable soup with lots of black pepper sprinkled on top and 2 double slices of bread and butter for dunking in the soup.
