They should make dogs fetch balls that have the countries names written on them & it should be done after the last group match as post-match entertainment.

But yeah, they should scrap the bracket imo as well. Make it so first place group sides have to play second place group sides, but no bracket.

I'd say consider things from the match between the two. Bookings in their match should only be considered, shots on goal, possesion, corners won, less offsides anything is better than drawing lots
