You must have to have a certain amount of posts to receive the like heart privilege. I don’t have the heart icon yet.

I am getting closer to 20 posts or maybe it is 25 posts and also I have to be on the site for a certain period of time. 
 

I also cannot add a profile photo yet and I have a nice Vicario(Tottenham Keeper) for that when I am able.
