Smiley Culture Posted May 3, 2019 Author Posted May 3, 2019 Tottenham v Inter - Saturday 4th August. West Ham are linked with a glamour friendly with PSG but in true West Ham style, they’ll not get that and be linked with friendlies with Bordeaux, Monaco and Lyon, before settling for a friendly with Nantes. Sunderland are off to Portugal.
Smiley Culture Posted May 6, 2019 Author Posted May 6, 2019 West Ham now linked with a friendly with Lazio.
Smiley Culture Posted May 9, 2019 Author Posted May 9, 2019 Palace are playing Hertha Berlin at Selhurst on Saturday 3rd August. Will make an effort to go to that unless there’s a better game in London that day, which I doubt.

Don't care how old fashioned I sound I'd far sooner play local-ish games than in these tournaments thousands of miles away. Chuck in a testing home fixture (again, don't care for the elite, happily have a Lyon or a Hoffenheim) and maybe an away one in Europe like France, Holland or Belgium and we're sorted. Leuven away is rumoured. I'd go to that.
Smiley Culture Posted May 25, 2019 Author Posted May 25, 2019 QPR are playing Watford in a friendly on 27th July. I remember going to the same friendly probably sixteen-seventeen years ago and getting Jimmy Davis’ autograph. He was on loan at Watford from Manchester United. About six days later, he died in a car crash. That’s my only memory of that game.
ScoRoss Posted May 27, 2019 Posted May 27, 2019 Roma have a 'International Champions Cup' friendly on July 24th in America. Because they finished 6th in Serie A, their first Europa League game is on July 25th. Probably shouldn't have started selling tickets for it before you actually finish the current season...

Think that could have happened with Man Utd as well if Watford won the FA Cup.

Could've told them this three weeks ago... Instead they continued selling tickets...
