I usually marinate any dish I marinate raw. I just stumbled upon a recipe where you have to to fry the meat at least a little bit. Guess because of the Salmonella with the other ingredients? Not sure. Anyway, tomorrow I just have to put this in the oven for 30 Minutes and it's good to eat. I'm very confident in my cooking skills nowadays, so I'm trying to expand my knowledge to "foreign" stuff.

Tomorrow, I'm going to cook myself Tandoori Chicken. Well, I've already cooked it in the evening, and it's marinating in the fridge.

Was fuckinf annoying. And ridiculous. I think it’s important to use your personal days though. But I was disappointed to use them for something I knew wasn’t anything serious
