Bloody hell, I am hooked on this series of Reacher now played by Alan Ritchson and he fits the character brilliantly, just finished episode 4 and I will finish the rest tomorrow, a lot of good humour in it and a few laughs too, @nudge and @Waylander watch it, I reckon you will like it, Tom Cruise can take a running fucking jump. Can't say it's the same as the book but all films are like that, still enjoy the episodes, our son watched the whole series in one hit and enjoyed them.

Must be raining cash where you live. Butcher prices are outrageous here in the US.

Kalsarikännit is a relaxation method from Finland. The word Kalsarikännit literally means "Getting drunk home alone in your underwear". Finns even have an emoji for it.

That's the Reacher series watched (8 episodes) and I can gladly say Ritchson IS REACHER, when I read any more of Child books on Reacher I will visualise Ritchson as the latter and the end bit was exactly like in the book, brutal and Reacher avenged his brother Joe's death, roll on the next series.

Like you I disliked the Legolas scenes of killing those oliphaunts or whatever. I notice they also wrongly wrote him into the Hobbit ($$$$). The scenes I would have liked to see are the meeting of Halbarad and Aragorn and Theoden that happens on the way to Gondor and the Puklemen that show the riders of Rohan the quick way to Gondor and a route that is not watched by Sauron.

Here is how the table stands after three rounds this season. A pointless visit to Italy for @Michael sees him lose the top spot to round winner @Bluewolf while consistent scores for @Storts and @Stan allow them to lead the chasing pack. At the other end, @nudge is the only one to remain empty-handed after visiting three different leagues.

none of them are any worse than the battle of pelanor with legolas doing matrix style kill combos of giant elephant things. the cut scenes can’t be criticised overly much when there is shit left in the movies that never should have never seen the light of day. the handling of denethor is atrocious as well. the movies have serious issues at times and non of them related to the added cut content but some of them related to the content.being cut. there are several scenes in the two towers that make no sense without the exposition of what aragon and the dunedain are

Aye, my son just told me too and I am going to watch it tonight once our grandson hits the pillow as he is here for the night, that guy shits all over Cruise as Reacher, the actor Alan Ritchson is 6ft 2inc AND built like a brick shithouse.

Personally, I think team spirit is shocking there. You have way too many ego's at a club that as much as I hate to say, is the biggest club in the country. And they are all pulling in seperate directions. The club used to carry an aura about it, especially when Fergie was there but equally that was because the players respected their manager. I think the problem these days are that players don't appreciate the magnitude of playing for club that size and the responsibility/burden that comes with playing for a club like that. Its not just any club, you are consistantly under the spotlight, every performance praised or scrutinised. And some of these players don't have the character to handle it. You got players like Pogba who clashes with Mourinho and Solskjaer and rather than players back the manager, they back their mate and immediately the manager has lost the respect. That should never be the case. It won't have got any better in there with Ronaldo either. Only have to look at recent weeks and see the likes of Martial and Lingard being called out by Rangnick. From what I can see, the coach has been quite open and honest and calling out the sulky players. Maybe this goes to show just how much player power is at the club? The culture needs to change there and they need to create a never say die team spirit like they had with Fergie. Maybe that comes with a top level manager, we'll see but they certainly could do with removing the egotistical cunts that think they are bigger than the club. Build the club around the youth and players that understand how big the club and what's required to make it there.
