I love this date, hopefully I am back in time tomorrow night to catch it, I've kept the weekend free in January too.

Hoping for a decent away day at a required ground, something like Leicester or West Ham; I'd even happily take a League Two or Conference side if it made for something a bit different.

Fully expecting however to end up with Port Vale at home. We'll lose 3-1 and the briefest of all chances to bring a modicum of joy to our abysmal existence will have gone for another year.

Stand out tie is obviously the Merseyside derby.

Walkover for Man City.

Rochdale/Boston vs Newcastle think will be on TV.

Arsenal vs Leeds is a decent tie given where both clubs are.

Last I checked Everton are a Premier League side

Everton

Current Position = Lower part of the league

Current Footballing Ability = Fodder

lower league fodder

Pretty sure I didn't need to explain that but trying to imply that City have an easier ride than you is laughable given Everton's current state.. xD

Lower league clearly means anything outside the top couple of divisions. Trying to imply that playing a local derby against a side from the same division is the same as facing a mid table League 2 side is mental. City can make 11 changes in that game and still progress. Liverpool have to be pretty much at full strength because of what it means

December, Jan and then March for the Merseyside derby. With the possibility of a replay as well when we meet them in Jan. You really couldn't have scripted this.

Wel December and March were already scripted to be fair :P.

Wasn't against the total realms of possibility you could meet in this cup.

I have a hard time believing Man City aren't paying out bribes for their cup draws.

It's either that or the TV broadcasters have rigged easy draws for City because they know nobody watches City, so they pick sides that nobody will want to tune in to.

What with the random times xD

Starting a minute later for the 'first minute' to be dedicated to thinking about your wellbeing. Part of the wider football / mental health drive.
