I'm not sure if he's hearing otherwise from his management team but for example this is nothing like the Raheem Sterling to City summer buzz where you felt sure a number of wealthier clubs would come calling once he'd burned his bridges... this seems more like Jonjo Shelvey to Newcastle.....

IF this is true I'm very disappointed in Ross. He obviously has a right to demand his value but I'm sure they're offering him one of the top wages at the club and I don't see why that's not enough at the moment.

When asked whether he 100% expected Barkley to leave he said yes, but that there isn't currently an offer on the table.

They obviously won't accept a low bid but what Koeman said did come across as "Please, someone bid for him".
