I don't know why you're all of a sudden changed your minds. Surely you figured it out 2 months ago? xD

Yeah this 'looks' especially bad, but normally he just hits the post or keeper there so the result is the same.

Remember: NO REFUNDS! :)

I would laugh into a coma if the rumor of Werner + cash for Haaland is true.

To be fair I just wanted to join in. He's not taken to English football well...

Who has gone the longest without losing a home game?

It used to be Brazil until 2014, I'd guess Germany was the next longest?

It's not France. I know that much.

Italy have never lost a home World Cup qualifier. Not sure about Euro qualifiers though.

Edit: Just quickly searched, and their last home defeat was September 1999.

Talking about in general, I'll look it up.

Brazil went 40 years without losing a home game before Germany destroyed them in the 2014 World Cup.

Germany's last loss wasn't England surely. Italy beat them in 2006. Though that was extra time, so I'm not sure on the context.

Germany have not failed to qualify for an international competition since '68. Incredible since every other European nation have missed at least one since the 90's.

@ScoRoss Italy lost at home to Denmark in 1999. Euro qualifying.

Surely that's the answer?

Is that a reputable source of information?

I forgot nations league ffs. However, in qualifying and short tournaments we can say it's true.

@Stan @ScoRoss

Just did the research.

Unless someone like Japan, South Korea or some African team has it, the record should be held by Italy now.

First instinct was that it would probably be Mexico?

Nah, I thought that too but then I remembered they had an awful 2014 qualifying campaign where they lost to Honduras at the Azteca, and only beat Panama at home and by barely.

That one came to mind, I think they might have lost to Australia before they switched or New Caledonia in 2012, but I don't think that was in NZ.

I'll get back to you on that.
