It's astounding how many goals we've conceded over the years where the main issue against us has been a lack of pace throughout the squad and umpteen transfer windows later we're still out there with an eleven like this as the best we've got on offer. It also makes you ridiculously easy to defend against when 5-6 of your players are slower than the entire opposition.

Love how easily rattled Pickford gets. Always been the same - it's part of why I didn't particularly like him at Sunderland because he lets his emotions get in the way. Easy booking for him.

He's a professional shithouser though, like Robertson. This picture sums it all up:

Meanwhile Coady's taking it serious xD

Didn't expect anything from this, 2-0 doesn't sound that bad, and we know this set of players has its limitations, some quite glaring, but that was still a rubbish performance with all that taken into account. Both goals soft, sloppy all over the pitch, nothing up top without Calvert-Lewin.

2-0 isn't a confidence batterer and 3 points from the Arsenal/Liverpool start under Dyche is great, but it has to be better than that in the upcoming games.

Also that little scuffle at the end with all the subs getting involved was embarrassing from all of them off both sides. xD

I thought everyone except Pickford and Robertson were being stupid and Robertson and Pickford were just being... Robertson and Pickford. Thought the way they're laughing and smiling the whole way through that interaction while everyone else is taking the handbags seriously was pretty amusing tbh.

Much better tonight. Admittedly against a really poor team. But a lot of our own had us getting beat tonight and I wasn't confident either despite me being one of those who tries to be positive. So they deserve some credit for that performance. Been here plenty of times this season though where you think one performance might turn our season around. See where we are after a really difficult game on Saturday.

if Liverpool lose this the players better leave in armored vehicles, we know besieging players vehicles is a crowd favourite.

if liverpool lose, Klopp is on life support

I think most Liverpool fans seem to blame the owners more.

Expected a bit more from Everton. Now dyche is there they are a team of real men that eat nails, bricks and wood and put old women in headlocks

I don't think you have lost at home this season have you. I'm pretty certain you haven't lost with fans present since before you won the league. All the home defeats were with no crowds
