£90m for Rice getting rejected is insane tbh

Not when West Ham know they can weed out another £10m or so from interested clubs.

City losing Gundagan for nothing and down-grading at a cost of nearly £100m must hurt!

Then again.. £100m is nothing to City.

Think Rice would be more of a backup for Rodri with Foden playing in Gundo's position or Bernardo if he stays

£100m for a back-up xDxD

As if football wasn't broken already.

Bull shit. Rice is starting with KDB and Rodri.

Foden will be back up RW given at the very least one of Mahrez/Silva are leaving.

No way should Grealish be starting over Foden too, think Pep's forced to play him because of the price tag  ..i wouldnt see Rice as a back up, more of a rotation with Rodri where they will both get a good amount of games but pep could improve him and play him in a gundo role

Pep plays Grealish because he is the greatest chance creator in Europe from an English player since Lampard.

Rather have Sane

Good, take him back. 100m make it happen.

How about we do a swap for Grealish and you have to take Phillips too?

Football fans really get caught up in transfer hype. "Just pay £100m and get it over with" like it's nothing. For a player that only had a decent season for a lower midtable side as well.

Really get the sense that Man City would buy him just so Arsenal can't.

Hope he ends up at Arsenal.

Can Arsenal afford him though? I know they're not skint, but they're not exactly UAE level rich. Whereas for City, they just need people to keep filling their cars with petrol and they'll be fine.

Granted this is the same club that spent £75m on that shit winger who's name I can't remember... was it Pepe? So what's an extra £25m for a midfielder that has demonstrated they won't look like a lost child in the league?

If Arsenal win the league no one cares a out the cost.

He's Arsenal's DoF. He also used to play for them in the early years of the 00s
