Administrator Stan Posted August 7, 2017 Administrator Posted August 7, 2017 Venue - Skopje, Macedonia Kick-off 7.45pm (BST)
SirBalon Posted August 7, 2017 Posted August 7, 2017 There's two separate issues here... 1. Real Madrid for some unknown reason are in a strange state of depression with all sorts of questions being asked. Infact Zidane has been unusually for him very vocal about the state of the team and their horrible pre-season form. 2. Real Madrid are the specialists in epic football no matter what their form is and they have players that ignoring form will rise up to the moment... Enter situations like Sergio Ramos. On another note from a Man Utd perspective... Once again another summer transfer window is coming to its finale and they've spent a whole load of money in their quest to raffle luck on a pick and mix psychosis. This can go any way to be honest.

Subscriber Mel81x+ Posted August 7, 2017 Subscriber Posted August 7, 2017 Think Real will do one over United here personally. I can't really see them losing this one even if they seem like they are in some kind of slump now. Season is about a week away and the players will be in much better shape and mindset than they were during pre-season.
Subscriber RandoEFC+ Posted August 7, 2017 Subscriber Posted August 7, 2017 Macedonia? Expect Man Utd to make this hard but Real Madrid to win.
ASF Posted August 8, 2017 Posted August 8, 2017 Mourinho's tactical pragmatism to outshine Real's better talent. 2-0
Machado Posted August 8, 2017 Posted August 8, 2017 Should be a great watch. Expect Man United to score a couple but I'm unsure it will be enough.
Honey Honey Posted August 8, 2017 Posted August 8, 2017 Fancy making these two sets of fans travel to Macedonia It should be like the old FA Cup semi final's where the game was played rougly half way between the two clubs. So in this case, Monaco
Toony Posted August 8, 2017 Posted August 8, 2017 Should be a decent game this, I do have a slight feeling that Man United will win and Mourinho will pull off one of his masterclasses but Madrid are so good.
Machado Posted August 8, 2017 Posted August 8, 2017 End the sport if the two biggest clubs in the world can't fill a 33k stadium anywhere in the world
Cicero Posted August 8, 2017 Posted August 8, 2017 Ronaldo on bench for Real Madrid Navas, Carvajal, Varane, Ramos, Marcelo, Casemiro, Kroos, Modric, Isco, Bale, Benzema DeGea, Valencia, Lindelof, Smalling, Darmian, Matic, Herrera, Pogba, Lingard, Lukaku

Cicero Posted August 8, 2017 Posted August 8, 2017 Best team in the world vs 6th best team in England. Going to be a cracker
Asura Posted August 8, 2017 Posted August 8, 2017 Dont care about the result or who wins this but Im just happy that football is back finally.
Honey Honey Posted August 8, 2017 Posted August 8, 2017 How much do we pay for BT Sport and yet they can't afford to send pundits to Macedonia, they're in a studio in Stoke-on-trent instead

Administrator Stan Posted August 8, 2017 Author Administrator Posted August 8, 2017 Real Madrid's kit is sexy.

Administrator Stan Posted August 8, 2017 Author Administrator Posted August 8, 2017 GOAL REAL! Casemiro! Slides in to convert the cross past De Gea. Deserved goal.
Administrator Stan Posted August 8, 2017 Author Administrator Posted August 8, 2017 Surprised United haven't played their £90m signing Romelu Lukaku
Cicero Posted August 8, 2017 Posted August 8, 2017 Real are efficient as fuck. Don't think United touched the ball in the 5 minutes leading up to that goal. Looks like United have to attack now actually.
Machado Posted August 8, 2017 Posted August 8, 2017 Casemiro is playing at a level I thought he'd never reach. Man United can't keep up with Real Madrid's movement and passing. Teams in different levels so far but a lot can still happen in the game.
Cicero Posted August 8, 2017 Posted August 8, 2017 Casemiro was the best piece of business Real have made in over a decade.
